Texas Shuttle

Picture of
Texas Shuttle was created in 2020 and is now an LLC with more than 100,000 customers. Our main office is 10 minutes away from DFW International Airport. We are the only shuttle company that provides door to door service to all of Texas 24/7. We have many drivers that live in cities all over the state and company owned vehicles. Both the company and the drivers go through extensive background checks and insurance requirements to pick people up at the airport. We have Mercedes shuttles for larger groups, Lincoln Navigator SUV's, and a variety of large 4 door sedans like the Lexus ES 300 Hybrid and Lincoln MKZ Hybrids. We are currently the 1st or 2nd largest airport transportation company in the State of Texas.

Love Field vs DFW: Which Airport for Your Trip?

September 13, 2026

Dallas is one of the few big cities where the question "which airport should I fly into?" genuinely has two right answers. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) sit 11 miles apart in the same metroplex, and they are almost opposites: one is a five-terminal international mega-hub covering more ground than the city of Plano, the other is a one-terminal, 20-gate Southwest stronghold a short ride from Uptown. Picking the right one can save you an hour on the ground or a hundred dollars on your fare. Here is how to decide, with the numbers to back it up.

Katy to IAH Timing Guide: When to Leave for Bush Intercontinental

September 13, 2026

Few airport runs in greater Houston are as deceptive as Katy to George Bush Intercontinental. The map says 40-something miles. Your gut says "about an hour." But the actual drive time can swing by 45 minutes or more depending on when you leave, which way you go around the city, and what the west side of Houston is doing that morning. This guide breaks the trip into its real parts — distance, route options, traffic windows, and IAH's own arrival rules — so you can set a departure time that actually holds up. flying through Houston airports Katy to IAH shuttle

Cypress to IAH Timing Guide | Drive Times, Routes & Pickup Windows | Texas Shuttle

September 13, 2026

Cypress sends more flyers through George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) than any other northwest Harris County suburb, and almost every one of them asks the same question the night before: when do I actually need to leave? The short answer is that the 26-or-so-mile drive is quick nearly all day — but the clock on US-290 and the clock at IAH security move independently, and both have to be right for the trip to work.

San Antonio to Austin Airport Shuttle Timing: When to Leave for AUS

September 13, 2026

The San Antonio to Austin leg is one of the most common airport runs in Texas — and one of the most mis-timed. travel between Austin and San Antonio San Antonio to Austin shuttle The two cities sit about 80 miles apart on Interstate 35, but the drive time swings by more than an hour depending on when you roll out. Here is how to build a departure time that actually works, based on real I-35 traffic patterns and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport's own arrival guidance. tips for on-time airport arrival

The Woodlands to IAH Timing: What 30 Minutes Really Looks Like

September 13, 2026

Routewise, The Woodlands to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is one of the shortest airport runs in the Houston area — roughly 24 to 30 miles depending on where in the community you start. The catch is that the drive time swings hard with the clock. The same trip that takes about 30 minutes at midday can double during the morning rush on I-45, and the fix is almost always the same one locals use: the Hardy Toll Road.

Sugar Land to IAH: Real Drive Times, the Two Routes, and When to Leave

September 13, 2026

Sugar Land sits about 20 miles southwest of downtown Houston, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) sits about 22 miles north of it. That geometry is the whole problem: a trip from Fort Bend County to the airport cuts diagonally across the entire metro, and the drive time swings from under an hour in clear conditions to well over 90 minutes when Houston rush hour is at full strength. Getting the timing right is less about the distance and more about matching your departure to the right route and the right window.

Plano to DFW Timing Guide

September 13, 2026

If you live in Plano and you are flying out of DFW, the drive itself is not hard — 21 to 28 road miles, depending on which part of Plano you start from and which terminal you need. The hard part is picking the right departure time, because the same drive that takes about 25 to 35 minutes at midday can double during North Texas rush hour. This guide breaks the trip into its real checkpoints — the US-75 crawl through Richardson, the Bush Turnpike or Sam Rayburn Tollway decision, DFW's construction zones, security, and your terminal walk — so you can work backward from your flight and leave with...

IAH Terminal C Guide: United's Home Turf at Bush Airport

September 12, 2026

George Bush Intercontinental Airport is United Airlines country, and Terminal C is the heart of that operation — the terminal where most United mainline domestic flights at IAH check in, depart, and land. Houston Hobby vs. Bush Intercontinental It is also, since January 2025, the terminal doing double duty: while United rebuilds Terminal B in a $2.5 billion transformation project, every Terminal B passenger currently checks in and clears security here before riding the Skyway over to their regional gates. This guide walks through Terminal C's two-concourse layout, the security checkpoints,...

Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airport Guide

September 12, 2026

Dallas Love Field (DAL) is the close-in airport most Dallas travelers actually want: six miles northwest of downtown, one terminal, and a gate map you can walk end to end in minutes. It is the birthplace and headquarters of Southwest Airlines, and it handles far less sprawl than Dallas/Fort Worth International twenty miles away. This guide covers how the single terminal is laid out, when to arrive, where every kind of ride picks up, how parking works, and when a door-to-door shuttle beats driving yourself. If you are weighing the two airports side by side, our Dallas Love Field vs DFW...
