Texas Shuttle

Picture of
Texas Shuttle was created in 2020 and is now an LLC with more than 100,000 customers. Our main office is 10 minutes away from DFW International Airport. We are the only shuttle company that provides door to door service to all of Texas 24/7. We have many drivers that live in cities all over the state and company owned vehicles. Both the company and the drivers go through extensive background checks and insurance requirements to pick people up at the airport. We have Mercedes shuttles for larger groups, Lincoln Navigator SUV's, and a variety of large 4 door sedans like the Lexus ES 300 Hybrid and Lincoln MKZ Hybrids. We are currently the 1st or 2nd largest airport transportation company in the State of Texas.

Dickens on the Strand 2026 Shuttle | Houston to Galveston

September 17, 2026

For one weekend each December, Galveston's Strand Historic District trades palm trees for top hats. The 53rd annual Dickens on the Strand runs Friday, December 4 through Sunday, December 6, 2026, filling a National Historic Landmark District with Victorian costume, parades, carolers, and more than 100 vendors. What started as a potluck dinner on The Strand in the 1970s now draws up to 40,000 people across the weekend and serves as the Galveston Historical Foundation's largest fundraiser. If you are flying into Houston for it, plan the 50-mile ride to the island before you book anything else:...

State Fair of Texas 2026 Shuttle | Fair Park from DFW & DAL

September 17, 2026

The State Fair of Texas returns to Fair Park in Dallas from Friday, September 25 through Sunday, October 18, 2026, and this year the State Fair of Texas itself cut admission and parking prices after fairgoer feedback. Last season the 24-day run drew 2,020,064 visitors, and the busiest single day was Red River Rivalry Saturday, when Big Tex welcomed more than 193,000 fairgoers through the gates. Whether you are flying into DFW or Dallas Love Field for a weekend of corny dogs and college football, the smartest move is to sort out your ride before you land: fair-day parking runs $25 per vehicle,...

Galveston Winter Cruise Season Shuttle | IAH & Hobby

September 17, 2026

The Port of Galveston has become one of the busiest cruise homeports in the United States, and winter is when it runs at full throttle. The port projects a record of roughly 3.9 million cruise passenger movements in 2026, up about 300,000 from the year before, spread across about 445 sailings and four active terminals. Six cruise lines now base ships here year-round or seasonally: Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Princess, Norwegian, and MSC. If your winter travel plans include a ship out of Texas, this guide walks through who is sailing, how the season calendar shapes up, and the fastest...

Dallas New Year's Eve 2026 Shuttle | Big D NYE Guide

September 17, 2026

New Year's Eve in Dallas centers on Lone Star NYE at Reunion Tower, the annual fireworks-and-drone show that lights up the downtown skyline at 11:59 p.m. The most recent edition, which rang in 2026, packed more than 5,000 pyrotechnic effects, a 259-panel LED display, and 500 drones into a roughly ten-minute show, and the Central Time Zone countdown was carried to a national television audience. If you are flying into DFW or Love Field for the night, the celebration creates a hard logistics problem: streets near the tower close from about 7:30 p.m., rideshare prices surge after midnight, and...

San Antonio River Walk Holiday Lights: Airport Transportation Guide

September 17, 2026

Every holiday season the San Antonio River Walk becomes one of the most photographed light displays in Texas: more than 200,000 lights strung along the cypress-lined downtown bend, reflected in the river from sundown to sunrise every night through early January. The season switches on with the 45th annual Ford Holiday River Parade and Lighting Ceremony on Friday, November 27, 2026, and it runs daily for over a month. If you are flying in for the parade or a December weeknight stroll, this guide covers the season calendar, how to get in from San Antonio International Airport or Austin, and the...

Race weekend stretches across three days: the Health and Fitness EXPO opens Friday, January 15, the We Are Houston 5K runs Saturday, January 16, and RunFest turns Discovery Green into a finish-line festival. Whether you are flying in to run, to cheer, or to work the weekend, a reserved shuttle from IAH or Hobby gets you to your hotel and to the start...

DFW Airport Parking Cost Comparison: Daily, Weekly vs Shuttle

September 17, 2026

Drive yourself to DFW and the airport becomes a line item on the trip budget: every 24 hours your car sits in a garage or lot costs money, and the published rates step up again on October 1. Whether you are flying out for two nights or two weeks, it pays to know what each DFW parking option costs per day and per week — and where a private shuttle ends the comparison entirely. Here are the current published rates, what an overnight or week-long stay really runs, and the honest math on both sides.

Galveston Cruise Terminal Pickup: When, Where, How It Works

September 17, 2026

A cruise ends the way it started: with logistics. You walk off the ship at the Port of Galveston with a week of luggage, and the ride home is the last thing standing between you and your couch — or your connecting flight. Galveston cruise terminal pickup is its own discipline: four active cruise terminals on Harborside Drive, disembarkation waves that empty a ship over an hour or more, and a transfer that changes completely depending on whether you fly home from Hobby or Bush Intercontinental. This guide covers how pickup works at the port, when to schedule it, what the ride costs from real...

Dallas Arts District Art Walk Shuttle Guide: DFW & Love Field Transportation

September 17, 2026

The Dallas Arts District packs the Dallas Museum of Art, the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Crow Museum of Asian Art, the Winspear Opera House, and Klyde Warren Park into a walkable few blocks north of downtown, and it has quietly built one of the best free-art calendars in Texas. If you are flying in for a museum day or a gallery evening, the practical questions are simple: what is actually free, how do you string the stops together, and how do you get from DFW or Love Field to the Flora Street corridor without renting a car you will only park. This guide answers all three, with fares pulled...

Houston Rodeo 2027 Shuttle Guide: NRG Park Transportation from IAH & Hobby

September 17, 2026

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo returns to NRG Park for a 20-night run from March 2 to March 21, 2027, and the transportation around it is unlike anything else on the Houston calendar: more than two and a half million visitors funnel into a stadium district that was never designed for that many cars. If you are flying in for a specific night's performance, or you live in town and would rather skip the parking hunt entirely, a reserved shuttle gets you dropped at the gate area and picked up when the concert lets out. This guide covers the 2027 dates, real door-to-door fares from both...

DFW Holiday Events Transportation Guide: Six Flags, ICE!, Stock Show

September 17, 2026

Between late November and early January, Dallas-Fort Worth turns into one of the busiest holiday event corridors in the country: Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Texas, ICE! at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo in January, holiday parades and light trails across both cities, and a full December slate of Cowboys games at AT&T Stadium. Holiday events transportation in DFW is the difference between enjoying those nights and spending them in a parking queue. A private door-to-door shuttle covers every venue on this list with one booking habit: reserve, get...

San Antonio Day Trip Shuttle Guide: Austin & Houston

September 17, 2026

A San Antonio day trip works from Austin, and it can work from Houston if you plan the hours right — but the deciding factor is the drive, not the itinerary. The Alamo, the Riverwalk, and Market Square sit within a few blocks of each other downtown, so once you arrive, a full day of sightseeing fits comfortably before dark. A private San Antonio day trip shuttle handles the part that ruins most day trips: the 80-mile drive, downtown parking, and the drive back after a long day on your feet.

Dallas Airport Transfer Service: DFW and Love Field, Door to Door

September 17, 2026

A Dallas airport transfer service is a reserved, private ride between your door and the terminal — no app roulette at the curb, no shared-van detours through other passengers' hotels. This guide explains what a transfer service includes on the two routes Dallas travelers actually fly: downtown and North Dallas to DFW International, and the much shorter hop to Dallas Love Field. All fares below are medians from completed sedan rides on our fleet over the past 12 months, not marketing estimates.

Houston Medical Center Shuttle Guide: Hobby and IAH Airports

September 17, 2026

Patients and families traveling to the Texas Medical Center do not need to add a rental car or an unfamiliar transit map to an already stressful trip. A private Houston Medical Center shuttle gives you a door-to-door ride between TMC hospitals, hotels, and clinics and both Houston airports, with a driver who knows the Fannin Street corridor and the campus loop roads. This guide covers the two airport routes that matter most — Hobby (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) — using real timing and fares from completed rides over the past 12 months.

Transit Service to Dallas Airports: DART, TEXRail or Shuttle

September 17, 2026

Transit service to Dallas airports comes in two flavors: the public rail network that feeds DFW, and a private door-to-door transit service that covers any address, any hour, with luggage handled from your door to the curb. In completed Dallas-area trips over the last year, our private transit service ran a median $49 from Dallas to DFW and $44 from Dallas to Love Field. Here is how the rail options work, where a private shuttle wins, and what each costs.

Shuttles to the Airport: Booking Guide and Real Fares

September 17, 2026

Shuttles to the airport work best when you know three things before you book: the real fare for your metro, how far ahead to schedule, and where your driver meets you. In completed Texas Shuttle trips over the last year, a shuttle to the airport ran a median $49 from Dallas to DFW, $72 from Fort Worth to DFW, $69 from Houston to IAH, and $51 from Houston to Hobby, priced per vehicle and door to door. This guide walks through booking, timing, and the numbers.

Houston Airport Shuttle: IAH and Hobby Fares, Pickup Guide

September 17, 2026

A private Houston airport shuttle takes you door to door between the Houston metro and George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) or William P. Hobby (HOU) with no sharing, no bus stops, and no meter running. In our completed Houston trips over the last year, the typical base fare ran $69 from Houston to IAH and $51 from Houston to Hobby, with most rides landing between $57 and $109 for IAH and $42 and $76 for Hobby. This guide lays out the real numbers, what pickup looks like at each airport, and how to book a ride that runs on your schedule.

Dallas airport car service: private and door-to-door

A Dallas airport car service should mean two things: a private vehicle for your party only, and a price that does not move between booking and drop-off. Texas Shuttle runs both - door-to-door rides between any Dallas-area address and DFW International or Dallas Love Field, priced as one flat all-in vehicle total, 24 hours a day. This page explains what the service includes, how pickups work at both airports, and how booking works. Hyatt Regency DFW to Love Field

DFW Airport Taxi | Flat All-In Fare, 24/7

September 17, 2026

DFW Airport Taxi: the flat-fare alternative

Type "DFW airport taxi" into a search bar and you are really asking one question: what will the ride cost when I get in? Metered taxis quote by distance and time, so the number depends on the traffic on SR-114, the hour, and the route the driver takes. This page covers how a reserved private car answers that question differently - a flat, all-in fare fixed at booking, a named driver at your door, and 24/7 pickups - and when each option makes sense for a DFW trip.
