If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except baggage claim curb. The signs are easy to see, and they are always at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) - Curbside Pickup is located at the lower-level baggage-claim curb of each terminal. Please choose the closest one to your gate and let your driver know when they call or text you.

Hobby (HOU) - Curbside Pickup is on the lower level outside baggage claim. Head out the baggage-claim doors and we pick you up at the curb.
