Your Texas Shuttle driver picks you up at the Ground Transportation curb at both Houston airports. Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone, take it off airplane mode and silent so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) — Ground Transportation is on the lower level (Terminal Curb / Ground Transportation Center) outside each terminal's baggage claim:
- Terminal A — lower level, Ground Transportation Center / South GTC near baggage claim.
- Terminal B — lower level, Ground Transportation curb between baggage claim and the terminal exit.
- Terminal C — lower level, Ground Transportation curb (north and south curbs both used — your driver will text the exact door).
- Terminal D (international arrivals) — lower-level Ground Transportation curb just outside the international arrivals door.
- Terminal E — lower level, Ground Transportation curb outside baggage claim.
Hobby (William P. Hobby Airport) — Ground Transportation is on the lower level, curbside outside baggage claim. Look for the "Ground Transportation" / "Shuttles & Vans" zone — your driver will text you the specific door.
