Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up at any address in Galveston (the island, including the Strand, Seawall hotels, and West End) or anywhere in Crosby and the surrounding NE Harris County communities. If you're connecting through a Houston-area airport, we pick up at the Ground Transportation curb at Hobby (HOU) or George Bush Intercontinental (IAH). If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except a marked curbside pickup area. The signs are easy to see, and we always meet you at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
IAH - Ground Transportation is on the lower level of each terminal. Please choose the closest curb to your baggage claim and let your driver know when they call or text you.

Hobby (HOU) - Ground Transportation is on the lower level just outside baggage claim. Head to the curb and we pick you up at the marked Ground Transportation / Limo curb.
