Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up curbside at IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). If you are in a wheelchair, please tell us in advance so we can meet you at the most accessible curb. The signs are easy to see, and we are always at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than a short distance from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) pickup is at the lower-level curb of each terminal's baggage claim. Please tell your driver which terminal you're arriving at when they call or text you.
