Pickup Locations at the Airports
On the return trip, your Texas Shuttle picks you up at the prearranged ground-transportation area at each airport. Keep your cell phone on (off airplane mode and silent) so your driver can call or text — if you don't recognize the number, it's probably the driver. Security won't let drivers wait or walk far from the vehicle, so good communication matters.
- IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) — Prearranged pickup at the lower-level Ground Transportation Center after baggage claim. Text your driver once you have your bags.
- HOU (Hobby Airport) — Curbside pickup at the lower-level Ground Transportation lane after baggage claim.
- DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) — Prearranged Limo at Level 1 of each terminal, across the crosswalk from the marked doors (A15/A29, B8/B30, C4/C10/C24/C30, D22, E35).
- Dallas Love Field — Lower-level Ground Transportation down the ramp from baggage claim, to the right at "Oversized Vehicles".
