Pickup Locations

Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) - we meet you at the curbside Ground Transportation zone of your arrival terminal (A, B, C, D, or E). Please choose the closest one to your gate and let your driver know when they call or text you.
HOU (William P. Hobby) - Ground Transportation is on the lower level outside baggage claim. Walk to the marked Ground Transportation curb and your driver will meet you there.
