Our Daily Schedule (Texas)
What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7, and take you anywhere in Dallas and Fort Worth. Our professional shuttle drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home in Fort Worth and Dallas, or right on time at Dallas Fort Worth. You pick the time we pick you up. Normally 30 minutes after you land is enough time to get your bags and find Prearranged.
What is my pickup time at DFW?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 mins after for international flights. If you don't have bags, you can schedule your pickup time for 15 mins after you land, or 30 mins for international flights with no bags.
What happens if my flight is delayed in Dallas?
Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights at DFW, or 45 minutes after you land for international flights. Please let us know as soon as possible if your flight number changes. You can always text us if there is a delay. This is helpful since airlines don't always update things online when they are late.
What happens if my flight in Dallas arrives early?
Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early at Dallas Fort Worth, and we will let your shuttle driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation. If it's hot outside, please wait inside the DFW terminal closest to prearranged until your car or airport shuttle is a minute or so away.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents booking a Texas Shuttle last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible so a shuttle driver is available and prevent any delays with picking you up. There's no need to confirm again if you've already made a reservation, and received a confirmation email.
How long does it take from Dallas or Fort Worth Texas? Heading there from Texas? See our van shuttle service in Texas page for direct service.
Texas Shuttle trips from Dallas or Fort Worth Texas in normal traffic are about an hour and forty minutes versus three and a half hours on the bus with a bunch of people. Rush hour in downtown Dallas and Fort Worth will normally add 15-45 mins (30 mins on the average). You might think there's no way a bus or another shared ride shuttle company in Dallas or Fort Worth Shuttle would take that long, but they stop and wait 3-5 times to pickup people. Buses and other shuttles also don't leave on your schedule, so you might wait 30 mins - 1.5 hours if the bus is running late. With us it's just you going straight to Fort Worth or Dallas, normally non-stop in a nicer vehicle or shuttle.
What time should I be picked up?
The drive to Fort Worth is about 1 hour and 40 minutes. 3 hours and 30 minutes before your flight is normally enough time if you're going to DFW. Dallas Fort Worth recommends you be there 2 hours early to get through security and find your gate. Boarding in Dallas usually starts 30 mins before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty mins is generally okay. Dallas and Fort Worth Shuttle driving takes about 2 hours, then 3 and a half hours before your flight takes off is normally good. You start running the risk that they will give your seat away in Dallas about 40 mins before your flight takes off. Sometimes a little extra time is good and makes your trip to Fort Worth stress free by adjusting for the unexpected.

Why Texas Shuttle Stands Out for Airport Transfers in Dallas/Fort Worth
When traveling to or from DFW Airport or Love Field, choosing a reliable shuttle service can make the difference between a stressful rush and a smooth start to your trip. Texas Shuttle combines local knowledge, professional drivers, and flexible scheduling to provide door‑to‑door transportation that meets the needs of business travelers, families, and solo adventurers alike. Below you’ll find a detailed look at what sets this service apart, how the booking process works, and answers to common questions.
Service Overview
Texas Shuttle operates as a non‑stop, door‑to‑door airport shuttle that never shares rides with strangers. The company emphasizes “Better Vehicles” and provides a choice of a shuttle or SUV for groups of four or more passengers, or a nice car for one to three travelers. All vehicles are maintained to a high standard, and drivers are required to have more than ten years of professional experience behind the wheel. Because the service does not pack passengers into large buses, you avoid the frequent stops and crowds associated with public transit.
The company’s main office is located at 320 Decker Drive, Irving, TX 75062, roughly ten minutes from both DFW Airport and Love Field. This central location allows drivers to reach your home, hotel, or business quickly, regardless of where you are in the State of Texas. Texas Shuttle is owned by Airport Shuttle of Phoenix LLC and has served more than 100,000 customers since it began operations in 2015. Over the years, the brand has earned the Travel and Hospitality Award from 2018 through 2023, reflecting consistent customer satisfaction.
Flexible Scheduling and 24/7 Availability
One of the core promises of Texas Shuttle is flexibility. You can schedule a pickup at any time, day or night, because the service runs 24/7. Whether you have an early morning flight or a late‑night arrival, a driver will be ready to meet you at your specified address. The sales team is available by phone at (817) 403-6196 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST if you prefer to speak with a representative before booking.
Because the service is non‑stop, you will not be transferred between vehicles or made to wait for other passengers. Drivers typically arrive five to ten minutes early at your residence, or they are right on time at the airport terminal. This punctuality helps you stay on schedule without unnecessary waiting.
Airport Pickup Details
For flights arriving at DFW Airport or Love Field, Texas Shuttle has a standardized pickup timing that adjusts automatically for delays. On a typical domestic flight, the driver will meet you approximately thirty minutes after your plane lands. For international flights, the wait time is about forty‑five minutes post‑landing. If your flight is delayed, the system shifts the pickup to thirty minutes after arrival for domestic flights, or forty‑five minutes for international flights, ensuring you are not left waiting unnecessarily.
The travel time from most locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area to DFW Airport averages around thirty minutes under normal traffic conditions. By contrast, a public bus trip often takes closer to an hour due to multiple stops and passenger loads. During rush hour in downtown Dallas, expect an additional fifteen to forty‑five minutes, with an average delay of about thirty minutes. If you reside in the valley, planning to be picked up two to two‑and‑a‑half hours before your flight departure is generally advisable.
The airport itself recommends arriving at least two hours before departure to clear security and reach your gate. Boarding usually begins thirty minutes before takeoff. Considering the average thirty‑minute drive, scheduling your pickup to arrive two hours prior to your flight’s departure time provides a comfortable buffer.
Terminal and Love Field Pickup Locations
Texas Shuttle drivers know exactly where to meet you at each terminal. At DFW Airport, pre‑arranged limo pickup points are:
- Terminal A – across the crosswalk from Door A15 and Door A29
- Terminal B – across the crosswalk from Door B8 and Door B30
- Terminal C – across the crosswalk from Door C4, Door C10, Door C24, and Door C30
- Terminal D – downstairs on Level 0 near Door D22
- Terminal E – downstairs near Door E35 on Level 0
For Love Field, the pickup point is on level 1 of Parking Garage B, directly down the ramp from the baggage claim area. This precise location minimizes walking distance and helps drivers stay within the fifteen‑foot limit imposed by airport security, which prohibits them from waiting or walking farther away from their vehicle.

Does it cost anything to change my reservation?
You can change the date and time of your reservation at no cost. If you don't know the exact address, you can enter the city for now and reserve it, then give us the full address later. Pickup Locations

Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
