Dallas Fort Worth Airport Shuttle
Private Door-to-Door DFW Shuttle — Printed Fares, 24/7
Flying into or out of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport? Texas Shuttle runs private, non-stop, door-to-door shuttles between DFW and any address in the Metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Denton, Richardson, and beyond — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your group only: no shared stops, no surge pricing, no waiting at a bus stop with strangers.
Unlike the big shared-ride brands, we print our fares on this page. Every number below was pulled from our live reservation system on September 17, 2026 — the same rates you will see in the booking tool before you commit anything.
Where We Run: Every DFW Corner of the Metroplex
Our two busiest corridors are Dallas to DFW and Fort Worth to DFW — each has its own page with corridor-specific schedules and fares. But coverage does not stop there: we pick up and drop off at any home, business, hotel, or airport address across the Metroplex, including Arlington, Plano, Irving, Denton, Richardson, and the surrounding suburbs. To put the core run in perspective, downtown Dallas to DFW is roughly 21 miles and typically 25–40 minutes door to door depending on your starting address, terminal, and traffic on I-635 and SH-114. Not headed to the airport at all? The booking tool also offers an “Any Two Addresses 24/7” option for point-to-point rides anywhere in North Texas. For the full picture of airport service, see our DFW airport shuttle hub page.

Choose Your Vehicle: Private Fares, Whole Vehicle, Never Per Person
Every fare on this page buys the entire vehicle for your group — totals, never per-person pricing. A comfortable car covers 1–3 passengers, an SUV takes 4 or more, and a shuttle van seats up to 8, so families, wedding parties, and work teams each ride together with room for luggage. Our Dallas and Fort Worth vehicles are clean, newer, and mostly luxury full-size models, including Mercedes Sprinter shuttles, Lincoln Navigators, Lincoln MKZs, and similar vehicles. Most trips run non-stop in a nicer vehicle with no strangers aboard and no intermediate stops. A standard 15% driver gratuity is added at checkout, and round trips booked online save 10% — the booking tool shows your exact all-in total before you commit to anything.
How We Compare to the Shared-Ride Brands
- SuperShuttle DFW: their airport page publishes zero static prices — fares only appear inside their JavaScript booking flow, after you enter your trip. Shared-ride service at DFW was discontinued; what remains is quoted private rides without a printed fare. Ours are printed above, bookable in about 60 seconds, and private.
- Per-person math: a sedan from Dallas to DFW is $43.99 total — a couple pays about $22 each. A full 8-passenger van at $143.75 is under $18 per person, nonstop, door to door.
- The airport itself: dfwairport.com publishes ground-transportation lists but no operator fares. We are a licensed private operator with printed rates and 24/7 dispatch.
Trust & Service Guarantees
- 24/7/365 dispatch — any DFW arrival or departure, any hour.
- Background-checked, licensed, insured drivers — most have extensive experience driving the Metroplex.
- Flight tracking included — we watch your flight and adjust for delays automatically.
- Free date/time changes — change any reservation at no cost before pickup.
- Private, non-stop — your group only, any address, no fixed routes.
At the Airport: Pickup Playbook
At DFW, your driver meets you where the signs say Prearranged — on the lower level of each terminal, across the crosswalk from the marked doors. For arrivals, we normally schedule pickup 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international, giving you time for bags and the walk to the curb; traveling without checked bags, you can book 15 minutes after a domestic landing or 30 after an international one. Landed early? Call or text and we will send the driver if they are available — otherwise expect pickup at your scheduled time. Running late? Pickup times adjust automatically to the delayed landing, and flight tracking means late arrivals never cost extra; just let us know promptly if your flight number changes, since airline feeds do not always update. Keep your phone on and off silent so your driver can call or text — if you don’t recognize the number, it is probably them. Note that airport security does not allow drivers to step more than about 15 feet from the vehicle, so good communication at the curb matters. For departures, we generally schedule home pickup about 3 hours before a domestic flight, building in drive time plus the airport’s recommended 2-hour arrival buffer.
When to Book
There is no rule against last-minute reservations, but booking as soon as your plans firm up is the smart move — it locks in a driver and avoids any scramble at pickup time. Once you hold a reservation and its confirmation email, there is nothing left to do: no need to call back and re-confirm. And because date and time changes are free before pickup, an early booking never penalizes you if the airline reshuffles your itinerary. Questions at any hour? Our 24/7 live dispatch line at (817) 403-6196 is answered by a real person around the clock.
