Our Daily Schedule (Texas)
What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7, and take you anywhere in Dallas and Fort Worth. Our professional shuttle drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home in Fort Worth and Dallas, or right on time at Dallas Fort Worth. You pick the time we pick you up. Normally 30 minutes after you land is enough time to get your bags and find Prearranged.
What is my pickup time at DFW?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 mins after for international flights. If you don't have bags, you can schedule your pickup time for 15 mins after you land, or 30 mins for international flights with no bags.
What happens if my flight is delayed in Dallas?
Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights at DFW, or 45 minutes after you land for international flights. Please let us know as soon as possible if your flight number changes. You can always text us if there is a delay. This is helpful since airlines don't always update things online when they are late.
What happens if my flight in Dallas arrives early?
Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early at Dallas Fort Worth, and we will let your shuttle driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation. If it's hot outside, please wait inside the DFW terminal closest to prearranged until your car or airport shuttle is a minute or so away.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents booking a Texas Shuttle Service last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible so a shuttle driver is available and prevent any delays with picking you up. There's no need to confirm again if you've already made a reservation, and received a confirmation email.
How long does it take from Dallas or Fort Worth Texas?
Texas Shuttle trips from Dallas or Fort Worth Texas in normal traffic are about an hour and forty minutes versus three and a half hours on the bus with a bunch of people. Rush hour in downtown Dallas and Fort Worth will normally add 15-45 mins (30 mins on the average). You might think there's no way a bus or another shared ride shuttle company in Dallas or Fort Worth Shuttle would take that long, but they stop and wait 3-5 times to pickup people. Buses and other shuttles also don't leave on your schedule, so you might wait 30 mins - 1.5 hours if the bus is running late. With us it's just you going straight to Fort Worth or Dallas, normally non-stop in a nicer vehicle or shuttle.
What time should I be picked up?
The drive to Fort Worth is about 1 hour and 40 minutes. 3 hours and 30 minutes before your flight is normally enough time if you're going to DFW. Dallas Fort Worth recommends you be there 2 hours early to get through security and find your gate. Boarding in Dallas usually starts 30 mins before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty mins is generally okay. Dallas and Fort Worth Shuttle driving takes about 2 hours, then 3 and a half hours before your flight takes off is normally good. You start running the risk that they will give your seat away in Dallas about 40 mins before your flight takes off. Sometimes a little extra time is good and makes your trip to Fort Worth stress free by adjusting for the unexpected.

How Texas Shuttle Service Works, City by City
Texas Shuttle is a private, door-to-door airport and intercity shuttle service operating 24/7 across Texas — no shared rides, no remote bus stops, no surge pricing. Every booking is a private vehicle for your party: a sedan for 1–2 passengers, an SUV for 4–7, or a van for larger groups and extra luggage. This page maps the corridors we run most and what completed rides on them actually look like.
Our busiest corridors, grounded in completed trips
- College Station ↔ Houston — our most active non-airport corridor: 440 completed trips, average fare $238 (sedans average $216, SUVs $327), average 90 road miles.
- College Station ↔ Austin — 31 completed trips, average $360 (median $321), average 105 road miles.
- Arlington ↔ DFW Airport — 762 completed trips, average $98, average 19 road miles.
- Arlington ↔ Love Field — 298 completed trips, average $105, average 25 road miles.
- San Antonio ↔ airports — long-haul corridor, 27 completed trips averaging $719 (sedans $537) over roughly 135 road miles — this is intercity territory, not a metro hop.
What every booking includes
- Private vehicle, door-to-door — no shared rides, no remote pickup points, no waiting for other passengers.
- Flight tracking — give us the airline and flight number and we track the inbound leg automatically on airport returns; delayed flights get adjusted pickups at no extra charge.
- Flat fares — the quote in the booking tool is the total. No fuel surcharge, no airport access fee, gratuity optional.
- Car seats on request — supplied at no surprise charge (Texas law: children under 8 or under 4'9" need a safety seat).
- Round-trip discount — promo code ONLINE saves 10% on round trips.
Where we operate
Core metro coverage: the entire Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (both DFW and Love Field), Houston (IAH and Hobby) and its suburbs, Austin-Bergstrom, San Antonio, and College Station/Aggieland. Long-haul intercity runs connect all of these metros with each other and with Gulf Coast destinations like Galveston. Use the locations page to confirm coverage for a specific city or ZIP.
Booking and dispatch basics
- Book online in about a minute — instant flat-rate quote, confirmation within minutes, night-before pickup window from dispatch.
- Early flights are normal — 3–4:30 a.m. pickups are standard for 6:30–7 a.m. departures; dispatch positions drivers early.
- Call the line at (817) 403-6196 for same-day requests or anything the form can't express — multi-stop trips, unusual luggage, or event-day timing.
Route-by-route pages (fares grounded in completed trips, corridor notes, pickup zones) live on our DFW shuttle hub, Love Field shuttle, Houston airport shuttle, and Austin shuttle service hubs.

Why Riders Choose Us: Affordable, Non-Stop, and No Sharing in Better Vehicles
Search for an airport shuttle in Texas and you'll usually find shared-ride vans that pack in 8–54 people and stop at every hotel on the route. Texas Shuttle was built to be the opposite of that experience.
No sharing — one party per vehicle
We don't pack you in with 8–54 people you don't know and stop everywhere along the way. Your reservation is a non-stop trip between your pickup point and your destination, which is how a drive to DFW takes about 30 minutes in normal traffic instead of an hour on a crowded bus.
The right vehicle for your party size
For 1–3 passengers we send a nice car — think a comfortable medium sedan rather than a packed van. Parties of 4 or more ride in a shuttle or SUV. Need something specific, like a Tesla or a larger model for extra luggage? Note it under Additional Request Details when booking and we'll match the vehicle to your request wherever possible.
Door to door, anywhere in Texas
We pick you up at your home, hotel, business, or DFW anytime, 24/7 — and we take you from any location in the State of Texas, not just DFW. For non-airport transportation between any two addresses in Texas, choose the option called "Any Two Addresses 24/7" when you check rates. Planning multi-stop or hourly travel? Describe your itinerary in the Additional Request Details field and our team will build the ride around it.
Fast, Safe and Reliable DFW Airport Transportation
Between DFW's five terminals and the steady schedule at Dallas Love Field, airport travel in North Texas is all about timing. Here's how we keep your ride on schedule.
Professional drivers who arrive early
Our professional airport shuttle drivers normally arrive 5–10 minutes early at your home, or right on time at the airport. Most have been driving professionally with the public for more than 10 years, so you're riding with someone who knows the metroplex — the SH 114 and SH 183 corridors into DFW, I-35E into downtown Dallas, and the shortcuts around Grapevine, Coppell, and Las Colinas.
Pickups timed to your flight — and your delays
We normally pick you up at the Dallas airports 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after for international flights. If your flight is delayed, that pickup automatically adjusts to 30 minutes after you land for domestic flights or 45 minutes after for international — you don't have to call and reshuffle anything.
How early should you leave for the airport?
DFW Airport recommends arriving 2 hours early to get through security and onto your plane, and boarding usually starts 30 minutes before takeoff. Since the drive to DFW takes about 30 minutes in normal Dallas traffic, a pickup 2 hours before your flight is normally good. Rush hour in downtown Dallas will normally add 15–45 minutes (30 minutes on average), which is why most travelers need to be picked up 2–2.5 hours before departure — a window we recommend if you live in the Valley as well. Build in the buffer once, and the morning goes easy.
Where Your Driver Meets You: DFW and Dallas Love Field Pickup Guide
DFW security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential — keep your cell phone handy after you land and watch for a text or call. Your pre-arranged pickup spot depends on your terminal:
| Location | Where to Meet Your Driver |
|---|---|
| DFW Terminal A | Pre-arranged pickup across the crosswalk from Doors A15 and A29 |
| DFW Terminal B | Pre-arranged pickup across the crosswalk from Doors B8 and B30 |
| DFW Terminal C | Pre-arranged pickup across the crosswalk from Doors C4, C10, C24, and C30 |
| DFW Terminal D | Downstairs on Level 0 near Door D22 |
| DFW Terminal E | Downstairs near Door E35 on Level 0 |
| Dallas Love Field | Ground Transportation pickup on Level 1 of Parking Garage B, down the ramp from baggage claim |
Because drivers can't stray from their vehicle, walk straight to the listed door or garage level after collecting your bags. If you can't find each other, a quick call to (817) 403-6196 solves it in seconds.
Best Ground Transportation and Texas Car Service Options
One quote, three ways to ride. When you check rates, we include pricing for Taxi, Airport Shuttle, and Black Car Service so you can compare costs side by side and pick the option that fits your trip — no calling around to three different companies.
Serving the metroplex and the whole state
Our main office at 320 Decker Drive in Irving puts us minutes from DFW via SH 114 and SH 183, with quick access to the President George Bush Turnpike and I-635. From there, we run door-to-door along Texas's main corridors: I-35 between Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin, I-45 down to Houston, and I-10 toward San Antonio — plus every hometown, suburb, and small town in between. If it has an address in Texas, we can pick you up there.

Rates, Reservations, and How Booking Works
Our pricing is mileage-based, and we have special rates for certain ZIP codes — that's why we recommend entering your full address rather than just the city when you check rates. The figure that comes up is an instant, mileage-based estimate for your specific trip, clearly shown before you commit to anything.
Book your ride in four steps
- Step 1 — Enter your route. You can just type in the city and check rates, but we recommend entering the full address to receive an accurate quote.
- Step 2 — Compare your options. We include pricing for Taxi, Airport Shuttle, and Black Car Service, so you can compare costs and have more options.
- Step 3 — Reserve and save your quote. Once a price comes up and you're happy, click "Reserve Now." Enter your name, cell phone, and email, then save your quote — a copy is sent to your email automatically.
- Step 4 — Confirm. Click "Continue." The website won't actually book anything until you enter a credit or debit card on the final booking screen.

Texas Shuttle Service FAQ
How much does a Texas shuttle service cost?
Every quote is mileage-based and can vary by ZIP code, so we don't post generic flat prices. Enter your full address in the online rate checker for an instant estimate, and remember promo code ONLINE saves 10% on one-way online bookings.
How early should I schedule my pickup for a DFW flight?
The airport recommends arriving 2 hours early, boarding usually starts 30 minutes before takeoff, and the drive takes about 30 minutes in normal traffic — so a pickup 2 hours before your flight is normally good. Many travelers choose 2–2.5 hours before, especially during rush hour or with a longer start to the trip.
What happens if my flight into Dallas is delayed?
Nothing you need to manage. We normally pick up 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international, and your pickup automatically adjusts to that same window if your flight arrives late.
Where exactly do I meet my driver at DFW or Love Field?
At DFW, pickups are across the crosswalk from Doors A15/A29 (Terminal A), B8/B30 (Terminal B), and C4/C10/C24/C30 (Terminal C), downstairs on Level 0 near Door D22 (Terminal D), or downstairs near Door E35 on Level 0 (Terminal E). At Love Field, we pick up on Level 1 of Parking Garage B, down the ramp from baggage claim.
Will I share a vehicle with strangers?
No. Texas Shuttle is non-stop with no sharing — we don't pack you in with 8–54 people you don't know and stop everywhere. Parties of 1–3 ride in a nice car; groups of 4 or more get a shuttle or SUV.
Can you take me somewhere that isn't an airport?
Yes. Choose the "Any Two Addresses 24/7" option for door-to-door transportation between any two addresses in Texas — home to hotel, office to stadium, one city to another — available anytime, day or night.
Can I request a specific vehicle, like a Tesla, or add a stop?
Standard bookings send a nice medium car for 1–3 passengers or a shuttle/SUV for 4 or more. If you need a specific model, a larger vehicle, hourly travel, or extra stops, write it in the Additional Request Details field or call (817) 403-6196 and we'll match the reservation to your plans.
