Zero Tolerance Policy
Texas Shuttle has a zero tolerance policy prohibiting the use of intoxicating substances. Any driver using intoxicating substances or failing an alcohol or drug test will be automatically terminated and not eligible for rehire. Drivers will receive a copy of this policy and agree to it prior to employment or contract work. Any driver suspected by company management of using intoxicating substances will be required to be tested as soon as possible; the company also reserves the right to do random drug and alcohol testing. Drivers will not be able to pick up passengers until they are tested. Any refusal to testing will result in termination. Passengers suspecting the use of intoxicating substances by a driver are encouraged to send us an email or call our main number to report an incident. You can also report driver complaints to the City of Dallas by dialing 311.
Pricing Information / ADA
Prices are per mile plus any drop or regulatory fees, and are subject to change daily and hourly based on holidays, time of day, rush hour, vehile type, number of passengers, type of service, pets, luggage, wait time and availability. Rates can range from $1 per mile to regulatory maximums depending on the options selected. All current pricing will be available in our reservation software by clicking the Book Online or Check Rates button. Pricing will not exceed Airport, City, County or State maximums. Since all rides are Prearranged, customers receive price estimates prior to booking. Additional pricing information is automatically emailed to passengers during and upon completion of the booking process that matchs the pricing that customers see online. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request.
