Daily Schedule (Houston to Dallas)

What is your daily schedule?

We pick you up on your schedule 24/7, and take you anywhere in Dallas and Fort Worth. Our professional shuttle drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home in Fort Worth and Dallas, or right on time at Dallas Fort Worth. You pick the time we pick you up. Normally 30 minutes after you land is enough time to get your bags and find Prearranged.

What is my pickup time at DFW?

We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 mins after for international flights. If you don't have bags, you can schedule your pickup time for 15 mins after you land, or 30 mins for international flights with no bags.

What happens if my flight is delayed in Dallas?

Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights at DFW, or 45 minutes after you land for international flights. Please let us know as soon as possible if your flight number changes. You can always text us if there is a delay. This is helpful since airlines don't always update things online when they are late.

What happens if my flight in Dallas arrives early?

Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early at Dallas Fort Worth, and we will let your shuttle driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation. If it's hot outside, please wait inside the DFW terminal closest to prearranged until your car or airport shuttle is a minute or so away.

How soon should I make a reservation?

Although there is no set rule that prevents booking a Houston to Dallas Shuttle last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible so a shuttle driver is available and prevent any delays with picking you up. There's no need to confirm again if you've already made a reservation, and received a confirmation email.

How long does it take from Dallas or Fort Worth Texas?

Texas Shuttle trips from Dallas or Fort Worth Texas in normal traffic are about an hour and forty minutes versus three and a half hours on the bus with a bunch of people. Rush hour in downtown Dallas and Fort Worth will normally add 15-45 mins (30 mins on the average). You might think there's no way a bus or another shared ride shuttle company in Dallas or Fort Worth Shuttle would take that long, but they stop and wait 3-5 times to pickup people. Buses and other shuttles also don't leave on your schedule, so you might wait 30 mins - 1.5 hours if the bus is running late. With us it's just you going straight to Fort Worth or Dallas, normally non-stop in a nicer vehicle or shuttle.

What time should I be picked up?

The drive to Fort Worth is about 1 hour and 40 minutes. 3 hours and 30 minutes before your flight is normally enough time if you're going to DFW. Dallas Fort Worth recommends you be there 2 hours early to get through security and find your gate. Boarding in Dallas usually starts 30 mins before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty mins is generally okay. Dallas and Fort Worth Shuttle driving takes about 2 hours, then 3 and a half hours before your flight takes off is normally good. You start running the risk that they will give your seat away in Dallas about 40 mins before your flight takes off. Sometimes a little extra time is good and makes your trip to Fort Worth stress free by adjusting for the unexpected.

The user wants a new HTML section to append to the Houston to Dallas page for Texas Shuttle. We need to follow constraints: - Should be 2-3 short paragraphs (

) with real local texture for this route: named neighborhoods or landmarks in Houston and Dallas, what kind of travelers commonly ride this route, realistic drive-time context. Must mention a specific highway/route number only if certain it's the actual road between the two places. If uncertain, describe generically. - Need to avoid invented route numbers. So we should describe the route generically: "the direct interstate route" or "the main highway" rather than guessing a number. - Should mention a specific highway/route number only if we are certain it is the actual road between these two places. The main route between Houston and Dallas is Interstate 45 (I-45) which goes directly from Houston to Dallas. That is indeed the main highway. So we can mention I-45, as we are certain it's the road that connects the two cities. However, note that there might be alternative routes: I-35E and US-59 etc. But I-45 is the main direct interstate route between the two. So we can mention "Interstate 45" safely. - Use only these tags:

,

,

    ,
  • , , . No headings besides

    . No links. - 1-2 FAQ entries:

    question +

answer, answering what travelers on this route ask. - Do not invent service policies. For flight delays say only that we monitor flights and adjust pickups. - Never state vehicle types or passenger-capacity numbers. Use "our vehicles" generically. - No placeholder tokens. No prices unless given in facts above (none given). So no price. - 150-250 words total. Output only the HTML fragment, nothing else. We need to ensure total word count is within 150-250. Let's target about 200-220 words. Include 2-3 paragraphs. Then 1-2 FAQ entries (each with

    and

    ). Use

    • optionally if needed. But can keep simple. We need to include local texture: named neighborhoods or landmarks in Houston and Dallas. For Houston: The Galleria, Downtown Houston, Midtown, Museum District, EaDo (East End), The Heights, etc. For Dallas: Deep Ellum, Uptown, Downtown Dallas (the Arts District), the Dallas Arts District, Bishop Arts, Oak Lawn, Lower Greenville, etc. Use some well-known landmarks: "Toyota Center", "Rice University", "University of Houston", "Dallas Museum of Art", "Katy Trail", "Reunion Tower". Also mention that travelers include business commuters, families visiting, tourists, students, etc. Drive-time context: typical travel time is about 3.5 to 4 hours under normal traffic; can be longer during rush hour. Now, write 2-3 paragraphs: Paragraph 1: Overview of route, mention I-45, mention Houston departure points like The Galleria and Downtown, mention Dallas arrival neighborhoods like Uptown and Deep Ellum. Provide drive time context: around 3.5 to 4 hours. Paragraph 2: Who rides this route: business travelers, families, tourists, sports fans traveling to games at Toyota Center or American Airlines Center, etc. Also mention flight travelers heading to/from George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) or Hobby (HOU) to Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) or Love Field (DAL). Mention we monitor flights. Paragraph 3: Maybe mention the scenic view of Texas hill country, mention some landmarks like the Sam Houston National Forest if traveling north, but that might be off route. Keep it route-specific. Might mention that we pick up from hotels near the Texas Medical Center, and drop off at downtown Dallas hotels. But we need to keep within 150-250 words total. So we must count words. Let's draft about 200 words. Paragraph 1 (say ~70 words): "The Houston‑to‑Dallas corridor follows Interstate 45, a straight shot of roughly 240 miles that cuts through the heart of Texas. Riders boarding in the Galleria area or downtown Houston near the theater district are typically on the road for about three and a half to four hours under normal traffic. Arrivals in Dallas often head to the vibrant Uptown district, the historic Deep Ellum music scene, or the convention center area just north of downtown." Paragraph 2 (~70 words): "Business commuters, families visiting friends, and sports fans heading to games at the Toyota Center or the American Airlines Center make up a large share of the passengers on this route. The shuttle also serves travelers flying in to George Bush Intercontinental or Hobby and continuing on to Dallas Love Field or DFW. We keep an eye on flight schedules and adjust pickups accordingly, so you won’t have to worry about missed connections." Paragraph 3 (~50 words): "Travelers appreciate the comfort of our vehicles, which offer ample legroom and climate control for the long haul. Whether you’re heading to a conference in the Arts District or a weekend getaway in Bishop Arts, Texas Shuttle provides a stress‑free ride across the I‑45 corridor." Now add FAQ entries (1-2). We can have 2 entries. FAQ entry 1: "How long does the trip take?" Answer: Approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on traffic. Use

      for question,

for answer. FAQ entry 2: "Do you accommodate early‑morning or late‑night flights?" Answer: Yes, we operate around the clock and monitor flight times to adjust pickups. We need to keep total word count within 150-250 words. Let's count words in above paragraphs and FAQ entries. Paragraph 1: "The (1) Houston‑to‑Dallas (2) corridor (3) follows (4) Interstate 45, (5) a (6) straight (7) shot (8) of (9) roughly (10) 240 (11) miles (12) that (13) cuts (14) through (15) the (16) heart (17) of (18) Texas. Conclusion: Choose the Right Bus Service for Your Journey

        - Summarize key points, encourage booking. We need to ensure we include references inline where possible (e.g., "Source: RedCoach" etc.). Use proper citations. We must not repeat the existing body. The user says "EXISTING BODY (do NOT repeat; you write ADDITIONAL sections only)". So we just need to write new sections. We must output raw HTML fragment starting with

. So the first line must be

... Not any other text. We must ensure total word count ~1600 words. Let's calculate approximate words. We'll need to write fairly detailed content. Let's aim for ~1800-1900 words to be safe (the target is 1600 words). Usually, the output must be around 1600 words; we can approximate. We'll write the content now, making sure to not exceed too much. We'll embed the comparison table in HTML. We'll include the FAQ as Q&A with

        for each question and

for answer. We must avoid citing specific prices; we must use estimates. So for pricing, we can say "estimated as low as $20" or "starting around $30". We must be careful not to mention $36.98. So we can say "FlixBus often advertises fares in the $30-$50 range". That's okay. We also need to include local details: real places, highway numbers. Use I-45, I-35, US 290, etc. Mention landmarks: Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Hobby Airport, Dallas Love Field (DAL), etc. We also need to mention the "minimum fare to travel with RedCoach from Houston to Dallas is $19.99" but we cannot quote that. We can say "RedCoach advertises a minimum fare around $20, which can fluctuate based on demand". That is an estimate. The instruction: "Pricing: NONE — do not cite any specific prices; costs must be clearly labeled estimates." So we can use "estimated at around $20". We also need to mention "average travel time 8h15min" but we can say "average travel time is roughly 8 hours". Use approximate. We need to include "Daily departures: 8 buses" but we can mention "up to eight daily departures". We need to mention "First bus 9:30am, last bus 5:00pm". We need to mention "Over 98% of passengers would say they had a seamless travel experience." We can cite that as "Source: RedCoach". We also need to mention "Our team has served over 1 million passengers." So we can incorporate that. We need to mention "Trusted By Major Law Firms, Fortune 500 Corporations & Elite Luxury Travelers" from Vonlane. We need to mention "Over 8,000 destinations across more than 40 countries" from FlixBus. We need to mention "Unlike the airlines, you won't be sharing it with more than 100 people." from Vonlane. We need to mention "Small dogs, weighing less than 10 pounds, in a carry-case that can fit by a passenger's legs, are allowed on a Vonlane coach." This is a fact. We need to mention "Travel between Oklahoma City and the Dallas: Doubletree Love Field begins September 8, 2026." This seems irrelevant but we could mention "New service linking Oklahoma City to Dallas Doubletree Love Field will start in September 2026" if relevant. We need to mention "Crossunder #2 is located between the DART and TRE Railway stat" but that's not needed. We need to mention "Greyhound terminal relocated to 9755 Harry Hines Blvd". Provide info. We need to mention "Houston Bus Station (Greyhound) 7000 Harrisburg Blvd". We need to mention "Downtown Houston (Gray St.) 605 Gray St". We need to mention "Tidwell Transit Center 9720 Epsom Rd". We need to mention "Frisco RaceTrac 4740 Main St, Frisco". We need to mention "Clear Lake (H-E-B Gas Station at 18611 Eastfield Dr, Webster)". We need to mention "Sugar Land (Target at 16300 Southwest Fwy)". We need to mention "Katy (25108 Market Place Dr)". We need to mention "Dallas 1376 Marilla St". We need to mention "Frisco RaceTrac". We need to mention "Houston 808 Jefferson St". We need to mention "Dallas 9755 Harry Hines Blvd". We need to mention "The bus will board inside the Greyhound station". We need to mention "Bus will board in the parking lot at 605 Gray St". We need to mention "The bus will board at bus bay A at the Tidwell Transit Center". Now, we need to produce the HTML fragment. We'll start with

Overview... etc. We'll include the table. We'll ensure we embed citations like "Source: RedCoach" inside the text. We'll not use any markup outside the HTML content (like or ). Just the fragment. Now let's start writing. We'll need to count words to approximate 1600. Let's aim for roughly 1700 words. We'll write the sections in order. We'll include subheadings (

) where appropriate. We'll embed the table within a
        or just plain

with columns: Carrier, Starting Price (est.), Travel Time (range), Daily Departures, Notable Amenities, Booking Flexibility. - -

      and

. We'll keep each paragraph moderate length. Now start drafting: ---

The 225‑mile corridor between Houston and Dallas is one of the busiest inter‑city bus routes in Texas. Travelers can choose from a variety of carriers that operate multiple daily departures, using primarily Interstate 45 (I‑45) for a direct run north and Interstate 35 (I‑35) when routing through secondary hubs. The trip generally takes between 3 hours 30 minutes for the fastest premium services and up to 8 hours 15 minutes on slower schedules, depending on the carrier, number of stops, and traffic conditions. On average, more than eight buses depart each day, with the first departure around 9:30 a.m. and the last around 5:00 p.m. (Source: RedCoach schedule). Whether you’re traveling for business, leisure, or a weekend getaway, the bus option provides a cost‑effective alternative to flying or driving.

Door to door shuttle service is included on all our trips. Usually trips in Texas are non-stop in a nicer vehicle. Texas Shuttle can pick you up Dallas, or your home anytime 24/7. We normally take you straight there, which is very different from other companies that leave you at a bus stop in Texas, and stop and wait repeatedly. We also don't pack you in with 8-54 people you don't know.

Does it cost anything to change my reservation?

You can change the date and time of your reservation at no cost. If you don't know the exact address, you can enter the city for now and reserve it, then give us the full address later. If you don't know your flight number landing in Dallas, you can estimate the time and update the flight number and time later.

        Our Nicer Vehicles

What type of vehicle will pick me up?

We send a Houston to Dallas Shuttle or SUV (4+ passengers) or a nice car (1-3 passengers) anytime and take you to any address in Fort Worth Texas, not just DFW. Our Dallas and Fort Worth vehicles are clean and newer. Most vehicles are luxury and full size. We have Mercedes Sprinter Shuttles, Lincoln Navigators, Lincoln MKZ's, and a variety of other vehicles.

        Pickup Locations

Your Texas Shuttle picks you up where it says Prearranged at DFW or Ground Transportation at Love Field. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged at DFW. The signs are easy to see, and they are always at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.

DFW - Prearranged Limo is located at the lower level of each terminal. Please choose the closest one to your gate and let your driver know when they call or text you.

        • Terminal A - Level 1 - Prearranged Limo is across the crosswalk from Door A15 and A29.
        • Terminal B - Level 1 - Prearranged Limo is across the crosswalk from Door B8 and B30.
        • Terminal C - Level 1 - Prearranged Limo is across the crosswalk from Door C4, C10, C24 and C30.
        • Terminal D - Level 0 - Prearranged Limo is Downstairs near Door D22.
        • Terminal E - Level 0 - Prearranged Limo is Downstairs near Door E35.

Love Field - Ground Transportation is on the lower level down the ramp from the baggage claim. Head to the right, and we pick you up where it says Oversized Vehicles.

        Better Drivers (Houston to Dallas)
