How We Compare (facts from competitors' published pages, checked 9/17/2026)
- SuperShuttle Houston: their own airport pages publish zero static prices — fares are hidden behind a JavaScript booking flow, so you cannot see a number until you hand over your trip details. We print every fare on this page and in the tool before you commit anything.
- Our published prices vs. their estimates: a private sedan from central Houston to IAH is $41.75–$46.22 total — for 2–3 riders that is about $14–$23 per person, nonstop, door to door, any hour.
- Galveston-bound? We also run the Houston to Galveston cruise shuttle door to door.
Trust & Service Guarantees
- 24/7/365 dispatch — any flight into IAH or Hobby, any hour.
- Fingerprint background-checked drivers — every driver is vetted and licensed before their first Houston trip.
- Flight tracking included — delays are monitored and pickup adjusted automatically, no charge.
- Free date/time changes — change any reservation at no cost.
- Private, non-stop rides only — no shared stops, no surge pricing, no packing in with strangers.
Which Houston Airport? IAH vs. Hobby
- IAH (Bush Intercontinental) — north Houston, most international arrivals. We pick up at the Prearranged curb on the arrivals level of your terminal and drop at your airline's door.
- Hobby (HOU) — south side, mostly Southwest and domestic. Curbside pickup at Ground Transportation; about 12 miles from downtown.
Keep your phone on after landing — your driver calls or texts the moment you arrive.
Heading the other direction from East Texas? Our Beaumont to IAH shuttle page covers the Beaumont→IAH leg of this network.
How is Your Service Different?
- Any Address - We pick up and drop off at your home, business, hotel or any airport.
- Better - most rides are non-stop and no sharing in a Nice Car, SUV or Shuttle.
- Flexible - we pick you up on your schedule 24/7. It's also always free to change the date or time if your flight changes.
- Safer - we don't leave you at a bus stop, and all our drivers go through nationwide fingerprint background checks.
- Faster - most rides take half the time, because it's just you in the vehicle. No need to stop and wait everywhere.
- Convenient - Door to Door means no need to arrange or pay for a Taxi or Lyft to get home.
- Affordable - once you add it all up, it's the same price or less than other shared ride shuttles for two or more people, or less than Uber with just one person.
Our Daily Schedule (Houston)
What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7 and take you anywhere in the Houston metro — your home, hotel, or office, Bush Intercontinental (IAH), Hobby Airport (HOU), and the Cruise Port of Galveston. Our professional shuttle drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your pickup address in Houston, or right on time at the airport or cruise terminal. You pick the time we pick you up. Normally 30 minutes after you land is enough time to get your bags and find your driver. Heading into Houston from New Braunfels? See our New Braunfels to Houston shuttle page for direct service.
What is my pickup time at IAH or Hobby?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after for international flights, at both IAH and Hobby. If you don't have bags, you can schedule your pickup time for 15 minutes after you land, or 30 minutes for international flights with no bags. Your driver meets you at the airport's designated prearranged pickup area and calls or texts when they are at the curb, so keep your phone on and ringer up. Traveling with a larger group? See our van shuttle service in Texas page for direct service.
What happens if my flight is delayed into Houston?
Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights at IAH or Hobby, or 45 minutes after you land for international flights. Please let us know as soon as possible if your flight number changes. You can always text us if there is a delay. This is helpful since airlines don't always update things online when they are late. Picking up just inside the loop in Bellaire? See our Bellaire shuttle to Hobby & IAH for direct Hobby and IAH rides.
What happens if my flight into Houston arrives early?
Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early at IAH or Hobby, and we will let your shuttle driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation. If it's hot outside, please wait inside the terminal closest to your pickup spot until your car or airport shuttle is a minute or so away. Heading in from the southwest? See our Missouri City shuttle to Hobby & IAH page for direct service.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents booking a Houston Shuttle last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible so a shuttle driver is available and prevent any delays with picking you up. There's no need to confirm again if you've already made a reservation, and received a confirmation email.
How long does it take from Houston to Galveston?
Trips between Houston and Galveston are non-stop — about 50 minutes from Hobby Airport and about an hour and a half from Bush Intercontinental (IAH) in normal traffic, door to door from your Galveston pickup. Unlike a bus or another shared ride shuttle, we don't stop and wait 3-5 times to pick up other people, and we leave on your schedule, not a fixed timetable. Riding from the Trinity Bay shore in Beach City? See our Beach City to Hobby & IAH shuttle for direct Hobby and IAH rides.
What time should I be picked up?
For sailings out of the Port of Galveston, plan to reach the pier with time to spare before your check-in window closes — tell us your cruise line and sailing time when you book and we plan the pickup so you get there comfortably. For flights, three hours before departure is normally enough time from most Houston addresses. Boarding usually starts 30 minutes before your plane takes off, and arriving 90 minutes ahead is generally okay. Catching a dawn departure out of IAH or Hobby? Our Houston early morning shuttle page covers pre-6 a.m. Houston pickups with flat, reserved fares.
Cruise Port of Galveston Shuttle
Sailing out of the Port of Galveston? We take cruise passengers door-to-door from any Houston address, hotel, or airport — including Hobby (HOU) and Bush Intercontinental (IAH) — straight to your ship at the cruise terminal, 24/7. Tell us your cruise line and sailing time when you book, and we plan the pickup so you reach the pier with time to spare. Coming home, we meet you right at your terminal on Harborside Drive and take you back to Houston non-stop. Planning a different trip?
