Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up where it says Prearranged at DFW or Ground Transportation at Love Field. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged at DFW. The signs are easy to see, and they are always at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
DFW - Prearranged Limo is located at the lower level of each terminal. Please choose the closest one to your gate and let your driver know when they call or text you.
- Terminal A - Level 1 - Prearranged Limo is across the crosswalk from Door A15 and A29.
- Terminal B - Level 1 - Prearranged Limo is across the crosswalk from Door B8 and B30.
- Terminal C - Level 1 - Prearranged Limo is across the crosswalk from Door C4, C10, C24 and C30.
- Terminal D - Level 0 - Prearranged Limo is Downstairs near Door D22.
- Terminal E - Level 0 - Prearranged Limo is Downstairs near Door E35.
Love Field - Ground Transportation is on the lower level down the ramp from the baggage claim. Head to the right, and we pick you up where it says Oversized Vehicles.

Travel Tips for the Whitney ↔ Dallas Airport Run
I-35 routing and rush windows. The Whitney run typically takes I-35W North toward DFW or I-35E North toward Love Field. Northbound I-35 through the Burleson / Alvarado / Cleburne corridor backs up roughly 6:30–9:00 AM on weekdays; southbound returns get heavy 4:00–6:30 PM. If your flight is before 9 AM, we will set your Whitney pickup 30–40 minutes earlier than the raw drive time suggests — that buffer absorbs the rush slug through Tarrant County, not a mistake.
DFW vs Love Field — which to choose. From Whitney, DFW is roughly 96 miles / 2 hours and Love Field is roughly 82 miles / 1 hour 45 minutes in normal traffic. Love Field is closer and avoids the DFW terminal-loop drive, so for Southwest domestic flights it is usually the faster total trip from the lake. International flights, American Airlines connections, and most non-Southwest carriers still go to DFW. If you have a choice of airport for your itinerary, we can quote both side by side.
Recommended airport buffer. International departures from DFW: target a 4-hour buffer from your Whitney pickup. Domestic DFW: 3 hours. Love Field domestic: 2.5 hours. These conservatively cover the ~2-hour drive, curbside drop-off, and TSA. We tighten the buffer on request when you know your terminal and have TSA PreCheck.
Lake Whitney pickup addresses. We pick up door-to-door anywhere in Whitney, Lake Whitney State Park cabins, the marinas, Lakewood Harbor, Cedron Creek Park, White Bluff Resort, and the surrounding Hill County addresses (Aquilla, Hillsboro, Blum, Morgan, Kopperl, Laguna Park). If you are at a lake-house rental with no street number, give the driver the cross street plus a landmark when you book and we will dispatch on the address you confirm by text the morning of.
Toll roads on the Dallas approach. Drivers default to I-35W to Loop 820 to TX-183 East for the DFW north entry, and I-35E direct to Mockingbird Lane for Love Field. If real-time traffic shows the I-35W stack is jammed, the driver may switch to TX-121 / SH-114 alternates. Any tolls on the Dallas approach are included in your quoted fare — you do not pay extra at the gantry.
Late-night and early-morning pickups. A 4:30 AM Whitney pickup for a 7:00 AM Love Field flight is a routine run for us — the driver will stage in the Cleburne / Burleson area overnight so the long leg from Whitney runs on empty roads. Same for late arrivals: a midnight landing at DFW with a Whitney drop is fine; we just confirm by text once you are at the curb at Prearranged.
Round-trip and same-driver requests. Many Whitney bookings are round trips with the return leg pre-scheduled. Same-driver round-trip is available when the trip length allows it and is a popular choice for lake-house weekend guests — let us know at booking and we will route it that way when possible.
