Waco to Irving Shuttle
Traveling between Waco and Irving means crossing the rolling Blackland Prairie and the suburban stretch of the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex. The most direct path follows Interstate 35 north out of Waco, passing the historic town of Hillsboro, the cotton‑field scenery around Italy, and the growing community of Waxahachie before the highway splits into I‑35E toward downtown Dallas. From there the route slides into Irving along the John Carpenter Freeway, delivering you to the heart of Las Colinas, the Valley Ranch business park, the Irving Arts Center district, or any address near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport’s Terminals A through E.
The door‑to‑door drive typically lasts between two and two‑and‑three‑quarter hours, covering roughly 95 road miles. A standard sedan that seats one or two passengers is priced at about $258 one way, reflecting the distance, toll‑free highway travel, and the personalized service that picks you up at your exact location — whether that’s a Baylor University dorm, a downtown Waco hotel, a residence in Cameron Park, or the Waco Regional Airport terminal.
Because the shuttle runs on a schedule that aligns with major flight banks at DFW, drivers monitor incoming flights in real time. If a flight is delayed, the pickup time is adjusted automatically so you aren’t left waiting at the curb. Luggage is loaded directly into the trunk or rear cargo area; there is no separate fee for standard suitcases, golf bags, or a small pet carrier.
