Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up directly at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport lobby entrance, or at any other address you specify. At Houston Hobby Airport (HOU), the pickup point for arrivals is the Ground Transportation area on the lower level outside baggage claim.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
Houston Hobby (HOU) - Ground Transportation is on the lower level outside baggage claim. Step outside, follow the signs to "Ground Transportation / Shuttles" and your driver will meet you curbside.
- Arriving at HOU - Once you have your bags, exit the terminal to the lower-level curb. Call or text your driver as soon as you land so they can pull up.
- Departing from TownePlace Suites - Meet your driver at the main hotel entrance under the porte-cochère. We'll text you when we arrive.
