Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up at the front entrance of Residence Inn by Marriott Houston Downtown/Convention Center at 904 Dallas St, Houston, TX 77002. If you are in a wheelchair, please let us know in advance so we can send an accessible vehicle. The drive from the hotel to George Bush Intercontinental Airport is approximately 17.6 miles and usually takes about 24 minutes in normal traffic, up to 32 minutes during rush hour. Our private shuttle tracks your flight and adjusts pickup for traffic.
Security at IAH won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential on the return trip. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
IAH - George Bush Intercontinental Airport has 5 terminals (A, B, C, D, E). On the return trip we drop you off curbside at Departures for your specific airline. On the inbound pickup, your driver meets you on the lower level (Arrivals / Ground Transportation) outside baggage claim for your terminal — please choose the door closest to your baggage carousel and let your driver know when they call or text you.
