The straight‑line distance is roughly 125 miles, while the road route adds a few extra miles and typically takes between 170 and 234 minutes from curb to curb, depending on traffic conditions on the Dallas North Tollway and US‑75.
In Kilgore we collect passengers from any address — whether it’s a home near the historic downtown square, a room at the Kilgore College campus, or a hotel along Highway 259. The driver heads west on US‑259 to I‑20, then follows the interstate toward the Dallas metro area before joining the Dallas North Tollway (also signed as US‑75) for the final stretch into Collin County.
Along the way the shuttle passes the pine‑covered hills around Lake Fork, the industrial corridor of Tyler, and the sprawling retail centers of Mesquite and Garland. Love Field - Ground Transportation is on the lower level down the ramp from the baggage claim. Head to the right, and we pick you up where it says Oversized Vehicles.
DFW - Prearranged Limo is located at the lower level of each terminal. Please choose the closest one to your gate and let your driver know when they call or text you.
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up where it says Prearranged at DFW or Ground Transportation at Love Field. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged at DFW. The signs are easy to see, and they are always at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
