Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up at the Hyatt Centric Houston lobby or porte-cochère at 1117 Prairie Street. If you prefer, the driver can meet you curbside on Prairie Street or San Jacinto Street. If you are in a wheelchair, please let us know in advance so we can position the vehicle and assist you safely.
At IAH, security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
IAH - George Bush Intercontinental Airport pickups are at the terminal curbside on the lower (arrivals) level. Please choose the door closest to your baggage claim and let your driver know when they call or text you.

- Terminal B - Lower Level - Curbside Pickup outside baggage claim near the central doors.
