At George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), we drop off curbside at your departure terminal and pick up at the ground transportation / shared ride area on the lower level. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.

IAH - Curbside Departures on the upper level for drop-offs, and Ground Transportation on the lower level for pickups. Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential.
