Pickup Locations

On the return trip from Love Field, we pick you up where it says Ground Transportation — head to the right on the lower level down the ramp from the baggage claim, where it says Oversized Vehicles. Security will not allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent so your driver can call or text you. If you do not recognize the number, it is probably your driver.
