Love Field (DAL) - Ground Transportation is on the lower level down the ramp from the baggage claim. Head to the right, and we pick you up where it says Oversized Vehicles. The single-terminal layout means most pickup walks are under 3 minutes from any gate.

• Gate-level exits - All Southwest, Delta, and Alaska flights arrive on the same concourse. Take any elevator or escalator down to baggage claim, then the ramp to Ground Transportation.
• Baggage Claim - Claim is on the lower level; Southwest is typically carousel 1-4, Delta carousel 5-6, Alaska carousel 7.
• Ground Transportation lot - Outside, follow the "Oversized Vehicles / Shuttles" sign. Your driver will text you the vehicle make/model and plate when staged.
• Curbside alternate - If your driver is already waiting, they will text you the exact curb number. Do not leave the secure area until that text arrives.
