Houston Hobby Airport Pickup Locations
At William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), your Texas Shuttle driver picks you up curbside at Ground Transportation on the lower level outside baggage claim. Hobby has a single terminal building, so you don't have to worry about being in the wrong terminal — but you do need to know whether you're arriving at Terminal A or Terminal B so the driver can meet you at the correct curb section.
- Terminal A - Lower Level (Ground Transportation curb) — exit baggage claim and look for the Ground Transportation island; meet your driver curbside.
- Terminal B - Lower Level (Ground Transportation curb) — same drill at the Terminal B side; the driver will give you a specific door number when they text or call.
Security at HOU doesn't allow drivers to wait or walk more than a short distance from the vehicle, so good communication matters. Keep your cell phone on (off airplane mode, off silent) so your driver can text or call. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver — please answer.
