How much does a shuttle cost to Dallas TX?
It depends on the addresses you enter, if it's in the middle of the night or early morning, and the number of people. Check rates by clicking the buttons that say "Check Rates" below. There are different options under "Select Service" like "To Airport" or "From Airport" and "One Way" or "Round Trip". Does it cost anything to change my reservation?
You can change the date and time of your reservation at no cost. If you don't know the exact address, you can enter the city for now and reserve it, then give us the full address later. If you don't know your flight number landing in Dallas, you can estimate the time and update the flight number and time later.

Benbrook is small enough that we cover the whole city door-to-door — you do not need to drive to a meeting point or park anywhere. Our drivers know every neighborhood, including:
- Whitestone, Westpark, and Westcreek — the older established neighborhoods east of US-377 (Granbury Rd) where streets like Vega, Sproles, and Stevens see frequent pickups.

How We Route From Benbrook to DFW
The fastest route from Benbrook to DFW International depends on time of day and your exact pickup address. Our drivers typically choose between three options:
- Chisholm Trail Parkway → I-30 East → SH-360 North — the default for most Benbrook pickups. Tolls are included in your flat rate, never billed separately. Total drive time runs roughly 40–55 minutes outside of rush hour.
- I-820 Loop → SH-183 East — used when traffic on I-30 through downtown Fort Worth is heavy, typically weekday mornings 7–9 AM and afternoons 4–6:30 PM.
- US-377 → I-20 East → SH-360 — the alternate for far-west Benbrook (near the lake or Aledo line) when southern access is faster than going north first.
For Dallas Love Field (DAL), we use I-30 East all the way through downtown Fort Worth and into Dallas, exiting at Mockingbird Lane. That run is typically 45–60 minutes from Benbrook.
How Early Should You Be Picked Up?
We recommend booking your Benbrook pickup based on terminal and time of day. These are at-pickup-curb times, not departure times — we build the airport-arrival buffer in for you:

If you are flying out of Terminal D on an international carrier and have checked bags, do not cut this short; DFW Terminal D security lines on Sundays and holidays routinely run 45–60 minutes.
Returning to Benbrook From DFW
For your return trip, we meet you at DFW Prearranged Limo pickup on the lower level of your arrival terminal (see the terminal-by-terminal door numbers below). You do not need to walk to a remote lot or take an airport tram — the driver pulls up curbside.
Once you land, please:
- Take your phone off airplane mode immediately after landing. Your driver will text you when they are 10–15 minutes out from the curb.
- Head to baggage claim and grab your luggage, then proceed to the Prearranged Limo door for your terminal.
- If you finish at baggage claim earlier than expected, text the driver back — we can often have you on the road faster than the original ETA.
The return drive to Benbrook is typically 40–55 minutes, same as outbound, unless you land between 4 and 7 PM on a weekday — in that case, plan for closer to 65 minutes due to westbound I-30 traffic through downtown Fort Worth.

Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up where it says Prearranged at DFW or Ground Transportation at Love Field. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged at DFW. The signs are easy to see, and they are always at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
DFW - Prearranged Limo is located at the lower level of each terminal. Please choose the closest one to your gate and let your driver know when they call or text you.

Love Field - Ground Transportation is on the lower level down the ramp from the baggage claim. Head to the right, and we pick you up where it says Oversized Vehicles.
