How much does a shuttle cost to Dallas TX?

Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up where it says Prearranged at DFW or Ground Transportation at Love Field. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged at DFW. The signs are easy to see, and they are always at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver. SuperShuttle ceased nationwide operations on December 31, 2019, including its Dallas Love Field shared-ride service. Love Field is small — here's what that means for pickup
Dallas Love Field is a single-terminal, 20-gate airport, so finding your driver is significantly easier than at DFW. After you collect your bags on the lower level (baggage claim), follow the signs for Ground Transportation. Walk down the ramp, head right, and look for the area marked Oversized Vehicles — that is where Texas Shuttle picks up. Most travelers reach this pickup zone within 10 minutes of deplaning if they have only carry-on, or 15-20 minutes with checked bags. Because Love Field is Southwest Airlines' hub, the lower level can get busy during the 7-9am and 5-7pm flight banks; tell your driver as soon as you have your bag so they can stage the vehicle.

During Dallas rush hour (7-9am and 4-7pm weekdays), add 15-30 minutes to any route that crosses Central Expressway (US-75), the Dallas North Tollway, or I-35E. Your driver will route around the worst congestion when possible.
When should I be picked up to catch a flight at DAL?
Love Field recommends arriving 90 minutes before a domestic departure. Southwest's "A-List" and TSA PreCheck lines move quickly here, but the security checkpoint is single-stack and can back up during the 6-8am morning bank. Build your pickup time so you arrive at the curb 90 minutes before takeoff for most trips; bump that to 2 hours during spring break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas travel windows. We watch your flight automatically and will adjust to your inbound landing time on a return trip.

Our published sedan rate for a typical short DAL trip (Love Field to downtown Dallas or Uptown, 1-2 passengers) is around $55 one-way. Comparison to other Love Field options
Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) from DAL is convenient but surge-prices during the 7-9am and 5-7pm flight banks, when our flat-rate quotes are typically lower for 2+ passengers. Taxis are metered and usually cost more than our flat rate to anywhere outside the immediate Dallas core. DART (public transit) does not run a direct service from Love Field to most North Dallas / Plano / Frisco suburbs, and luggage handling on light rail is limited.
