Security will not allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet from their vehicle, so good communication is essential -- turn on your cell phone (off airplane mode and silent) so your driver can call or text you. If you do not recognize the number, it is probably your driver.
- DFW - Terminal A, B, C, D, E - Limo / Limousine Pickup on the lower level of each terminal. Choose the closest one to your gate and let your driver know when they call or text.
- Love Field (DAL) - Ground Transportation on the lower level, follow signs for prearranged limo / charter pickup curbside.
The Shady Shores to DFW Route
The most efficient route runs south on I-35E from Shady Shores into the DFW metroplex, then west via SH-121 / John Carpenter Freeway connector to DFW International: about 22 miles to DFW (~34 minutes) in normal traffic. For Dallas Love Field (DAL) the route continues south on I-35E to Mockingbird Lane east: about 31 miles (~45 minutes). For downtown Dallas we stay on I-35E South all the way in: about 34 miles (~44 minutes). During DFW-area rush hour (roughly 7-9 AM and 4-7 PM weekdays) the trip can stretch 15-30 minutes longer -- we plan around that automatically when you give us your pickup time, so you arrive on schedule.
