Wedding Shuttle in Dallas
Flat-rate group transportation for wedding parties, guests and venue transfers across Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin.
What Is a Wedding Shuttle?
A wedding shuttle is private, door-to-door group transportation built around your day - not around a bus schedule. Instead of asking out-of-town guests to rent cars, navigate Dallas traffic, or pile a bridal party into personal vehicles, you book one vehicle (or a small fleet) that moves people exactly where they need to be, on your timeline. Typical wedding assignments we run across Texas include:
- Wedding-party transfers - getting the couple, bridal party and family from getting-ready locations to the ceremony on time, together, with room for dresses, suits and coolers.
- Guest shuttles - a loop between ceremony and reception, or between a hotel block and the venue, so nobody drives after the toast.
- Airport-to-venue runs - collecting guests flying into DFW or Love Field and delivering them to venues in Dallas, Fort Worth or Austin.
- Rehearsal dinner and day-after runs - the smaller moves around the wedding weekend that are easy to forget and easy to add to the same booking.
Our Wedding Service Area
We cover the corridors Texas couples actually get married on:
- Dallas - urban event venues, hotel-ballroom weddings and private estates across the Metroplex, with airport pickups at DFW and Love Field. Venue districts like The Springs area in Anna, north of the Metroplex, are corridor runs we make regularly for wedding parties and guest blocks.
- Fort Worth - stockyards-adjacent venues, ranch properties and west-side estates. The connection between the two cities is one of our busiest corridors - see our Dallas to Fort Worth shuttle page for how the cross-Metroplex leg is priced and scheduled.
- Austin and the Hill Country - Hill Country vineyard and ranch venues, downtown Austin event spaces, and airport pickups at AUS. Our wedding destinations in Austin guide covers the venue landscape, and our Dallas to Austin shuttle corridor is the main artery guests ride up and down I-35.
- Between them - Dallas-to-Austin guest runs for Hill Country weddings, Fort Worth airport pickups for out-of-town blocks, and everything in between. The reverse direction is covered on our Fort Worth to Dallas shuttle page.
How Wedding Group Pricing Works
Wedding shuttles are priced per vehicle, per trip, with a flat all-in rate - the same per-vehicle flat-rate model we use across our route network. The rate depends on the distance, the vehicle type, the day and time, and how long the vehicle is tied up with your event. For a single transfer (say, bridal party from a Dallas hotel to a ceremony venue), you get a flat rate for that vehicle and that move. For a full guest-shuttle package - multiple vehicles, multiple pickup points, several loops through the evening - we build a custom quote for the whole event rather than quoting vehicle by vehicle. Request a custom quote for group sizes through our booking tool and we will price the full schedule.
For context: on public wedding marketplaces and review sites (The Knot, Yelp and similar listings), full-event wedding transportation typically runs $350 to $1,200 depending on vehicle count and hours. Because our rates are flat per vehicle rather than metered by the hour, a two- or three-vehicle guest shuttle is often the value play compared with booking a fleet of limousines for the same guests.
Venue Transfers on Our Real Corridors
These are the wedding-venue transfers we actually run, described the way planners describe them:
- Dallas venues - downtown and Uptown event venues, hotel ballrooms, and estate and garden properties across the Metroplex. The Springs-area wedding venues north of Dallas (around Anna and Melissa) are corridor runs we make regularly: about 40 minutes up US-75 from central Dallas, long enough that a dedicated shuttle beats a caravan of rideshares for a guest block.
- Fort Worth venues - Stockyards-area venues, west-side ranch and estate properties, and museum-district event spaces. Guest blocks flying into DFW ride our Fort Worth corridors daily; cross-town coordination between a Dallas hotel block and a Fort Worth venue is a common single-vehicle booking on the Dallas to Fort Worth corridor.
- Austin Hill Country venues - vineyard, ranch and estate venues west and south of Austin (Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country), plus downtown Austin event spaces. Guests coming from the Dallas side ride the I-35 corridor on our Dallas to Austin shuttle route, then a short local shuttle completes the trip into the hills.
We do not publish venue-specific price sheets - every wedding quote is built from your actual addresses, guest count and schedule.
Wedding Shuttle FAQ
How far in advance should we book the shuttle?
For spring and fall Saturdays - the peak of Texas wedding season - book as early as your date is confirmed; several months ahead is common and weekend evenings go first. Off-peak dates can often be arranged with a few weeks of notice. There is no hard cutoff, but the earlier the custom quote is in, the more vehicle options you have.
What size vehicles do you use for wedding groups?
We send Mercedes Sprinters (up to about 12 passengers), SUVs for 4+ passengers, and sedans for 1-3 passengers - the same clean, newer fleet we use for airport runs. Most wedding packages combine vehicle types: a sedan or SUV for the couple, a Sprinter for the bridal party, and one or more shuttles for guests. See the vehicle section below for details.
Can you pick up from multiple hotels or points?
Yes - multi-point pickup is standard for guest shuttles. We build one loop that collects guests from two or three hotels (a hotel block plus an overflow property is common) and delivers everyone to the venue, then runs the reverse loop after the reception. Give us the pickup list and times and we will schedule the route; changes before the wedding day are free.
Do you run hotel-block guest shuttles?
That is the core of most of our wedding bookings: a reserved shuttle that cycles between your hotel block and the venue from pre-ceremony through the last send-off. Guests walk out of the lobby to a waiting vehicle instead of arranging individual rides on a night when everyone is dressed up and, frankly, drinking. Ask about holding a vehicle on-site for the evening when you request your quote.
Our Better Vehicles
What type of vehicle will pick up my wedding party?
Our wedding fleet draws from the same vehicles we run on airport routes every day: Mercedes Sprinter shuttles, Lincoln Navigators, Lincoln MKZs, and a variety of other clean, newer, mostly luxury full-size vehicles. All are non-stop, private rides - your group, your schedule, no sharing with strangers. For guest shuttles we match vehicle size to your headcount and luggage (dresses, suit bags and coolers included), and we can stage multiple vehicles for larger events.
Our Better Drivers
Most of our shuttle drivers have been driving professionally for more than 10 years in Dallas, Fort Worth and across Texas. They have excellent people skills, know the venue districts and resort entrances across the Metroplex and the Hill Country, and are used to working around photography schedules and wedding-day timing. Drivers dress well, help with bags and dresses, and coordinate with your planner or point of contact by text on the day. Learn more about our drivers.
