Minivans and SUVs take small teams of up to 6-8; mid-sized group vans carry 9-14 passengers with luggage; large group shuttles handle up to 20 for school trips, parties, and corporate events. Pickup Timing That Holds

For airport pickups we normally meet you 30 minutes after a domestic landing or 45 minutes after an international one — enough time for bags and Prearranged. Pickups adjust automatically when flights are delayed; text us when a flight number changes. Outbound, you choose the pickup time and our drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early.

DFW recommends arriving about 2 hours before your flight, and 2.5-3 hours before departure is normally enough from anywhere in the metro. For international departures from IAH, plan on 3 hours.
