Luggage, Group Size & Child Seats
Standard allowance is 2 checked bags plus 1 carry-on per passenger, which fits comfortably in our vehicles. Oversized items (skis, golf clubs, strollers, infant car seats, musical instruments) are welcome — mention them at booking so we send a vehicle with enough cargo room. For groups of 4 or more passengers, or any group traveling with more than the standard bag allowance, we dispatch an SUV or full shuttle van. If you are traveling with an infant or toddler and need a forward-facing or rear-facing car seat installed, request it when you book and we will provide one at no extra charge.
Tracking & Day-of Communication
The morning of your trip you will receive a text message with your driver’s name, vehicle, and a real-time ETA link. The driver typically arrives within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time and will text when they are close.
