Pricing / Fares to and from Houston Airports
How much does a shuttle to IAH or Hobby cost?
It depends on the addresses you enter, whether it's overnight or early morning, and the number of people. Check rates by clicking the "Check Rates" buttons below. Under "Select Service" choose options like "To Airport" or "From Airport" and "One Way" or "Round Trip". For non-airport rides between any two Texas addresses, choose "Any Two Addresses 24/7". Rates are the total for the vehicle, not per person.
How do I save money?
Enter promo code "ONLINE" for round trips and save 10% for booking online, or book a round trip to save more both ways. Use promo code "NONSTOP" for a free upgrade to non-stop. Questions? Just give us a call.
How Do I Get an Accurate Quote?
- Step 1 - You can type just the city and check rates, but we recommend entering your full address for an accurate quote, since most pricing is mileage based and some zip codes have special rates. Once you fill in the addresses, click "View Rates".
- Step 2 - We show pricing for Texas Taxi, Airport Shuttle, and Black Car Service so you can compare options. Choose the service and passenger count you want, then click "Reserve Now".
- Step 3 - Enter your name, cell phone, and email to save your quote and get a copy emailed to you. We can look up your quote by name if you call to finish. Click "Continue".
- Step 4 - Nothing is booked until you enter a card on the final screen. You'll get a confirmation email with all the details after you click "Confirm My Reservation".
What are the benefits of using our service?
Door-to-door service is included on every trip. Rides in Texas are usually non-stop in a nicer vehicle. We can pick you up in Needville, or anywhere in Texas, 24/7, and take you straight to your terminal — very different from companies that leave you at a bus stop or pack you in with strangers.
Does it cost anything to change my reservation?
You can change the date and time of your reservation at no cost. If you don't have the exact address yet, enter the city to reserve and give us the full address later. If you don't know your flight number into IAH or Hobby, estimate the time and update it later.
Our Nicer Vehicles
Our Houston-area vehicles are clean and newer. Most are luxury and full size — Mercedes Sprinter shuttles, Lincoln Navigators, Lincoln MKZs, and a variety of other vehicles sized to your group and luggage.
Pickup Locations
At the airport, your Texas Shuttle picks you up curbside at the designated ground-transportation / pre-arranged area for your terminal. Turn your phone off airplane mode and silent so your driver can call or text you when they arrive — if you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver. Security won't let drivers wait or walk far from the vehicle, so good communication keeps your pickup quick.
- IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) — meet your driver at the Ground Transportation / pre-arranged pickup curb for your arrival terminal.
- Hobby (HOU) — meet your driver at the Ground Transportation area on the lower level near baggage claim.
Driving Route from Needville to Houston Airports
From Needville, the most direct path to George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) heads northeast on FM-1236 or TX-36 to US-59 / I-69, then continues through Sugar Land and across Houston to either the 610 Loop or Beltway 8, finishing on the Hardy Toll Road or JFK Boulevard into the IAH terminals. Total mileage is roughly 64 miles, and a clean run takes about 80–90 minutes. During Houston rush hour (weekdays 6:30–9:30 a.m. and 3:30–7:00 p.m.) plan on closer to 2 hours; our drivers will often divert to the TX-99 Grand Parkway to bypass the worst inner-loop congestion when it saves time, even though it adds a few toll miles.
For William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), the route is shorter — about 50 miles and 70 minutes — typically via US-59 / I-69 to the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) East, then Broadway Street into Hobby. Hobby is the better airport for Southwest, JetBlue, and many domestic shorthauls, and the drive avoids the heaviest Northwest Houston traffic.
Tips for Booking Your Needville Shuttle
- Pickup time: For IAH, we recommend departing Needville at least 3 hours before a domestic flight and 4 hours before an international flight, especially on Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings. For Hobby, allow 2.5 hours domestic.
- Returning to Needville: Once you land, text or call us as soon as you clear the jet bridge. Our driver tracks your flight, but a quick "just landed" ping lets us position the vehicle while you walk to baggage claim, cutting your wait at the curb.
- Overnight and early-morning trips: We operate 24/7. A 3:30 a.m. pickup from Needville for a 6:30 a.m. IAH departure is routine for us — you don't need to drive yourself or pay for off-airport parking. Compare that to typical IAH economy parking at roughly $7–$12 per day: a week-long trip easily clears $50–$80 in parking alone, before fuel.
- Why not Uber or Lyft? Needville sits at the edge of rideshare coverage. App-based pickups in town are inconsistent, especially before 5 a.m., and you'll typically face surge pricing on the long haul to IAH. A pre-booked flat rate removes that uncertainty.
- Family and luggage: Our Mercedes Sprinter shuttles seat up to 11 passengers with room for full-size suitcases and car seats — useful for family vacations or church groups heading out together. Just tell us the headcount and number of bags when you book.
Group, Corporate, and Event Service
Beyond airport runs, we handle Needville-area transportation for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate offsites, school groups, and Fort Bend County events. Common destinations include downtown Houston hotels, the Galleria, NRG Stadium for Texans games and rodeos, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, and Brazos Bend State Park. For groups larger than 11, we coordinate multiple vehicles — call us so we can build a quote that keeps everyone together and on schedule.
Nearby Communities We Also Serve
If you're outside Needville proper, we cover most of southern Fort Bend County and the surrounding area, including Rosenberg, Richmond, Beasley, Kendleton, Pleak, Fairchilds, Damon, Guy, Boling-Iago, East Bernard, and Wharton. Pricing is mileage-based, so a pickup from Rosenberg or Richmond often runs a little less than a Needville pickup; from Wharton or East Bernard, a little more. Enter your exact address in the rate checker for a same-second quote.
