When you land, turn your phone off airplane mode — your driver texts from an unfamiliar number with the vehicle and the exact meeting point. Walk out, meet the car, ride home. That's the whole logistics chain, and it works the same at 2 a.m. as at 2 p.m.

IAH has five terminals (A, B, C, D, and E) connected airside by the Skyway and Subway people-movers.
