Home2 Suites to DFW Shuttle: Fares, Vehicles & Drivers
Pricing / Fares: Home2 Suites to DFW
How much does a shuttle from Home2 Suites to DFW cost?
Fares are flat-rate and based on the exact pickup address, group size, and vehicle needed. Typical recent ranges (one-way, door-to-door, no shared rides) across our Texas Home2 Suites routes:
- 1–2 passengers, sedan: usually $65–$110 depending on hotel location. Properties near the airport (Irving, Euless) anchor the low end; Fort Worth, Lake Worth, Frisco, and Fairview push toward the upper end.
- 3 passengers, sedan or SUV: usually $95–$160.
- 4–6 passengers, SUV or van: usually $140–$250.
- 7–13 passengers, shuttle van: usually $200–$450, scaled to group size and luggage.
The price you see in the booking tool is the door-to-door total — no fuel surcharge, no airport entry fee, no gratuity expected. Use promo code ONLINE for 10% off round trips.

Our Vehicles
What vehicle will pick me up?
We size the vehicle to your group and luggage automatically:
- Sedan (1–3 passengers): Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, Chrysler 300, or equivalent — clean, late-model, 2–4 checked bags.
- SUV (4–6 passengers): Chevy Suburban, Yukon XL, or equivalent — up to 6 checked bags plus carry-ons.
- Shuttle van (7–13 passengers): Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit — full luggage capacity for sports teams, wedding parties, and corporate groups.
All vehicles are non-smoking, climate-controlled, and inspected on a published maintenance schedule. Child seats are available on request when you book.
Better Drivers
Who are your drivers?
Most of our drivers have driven professionally in Texas for 10+ years. Every driver is background-checked and drug-tested before their first dispatch, then re-checked annually. They handle your bags from the hotel lobby to the curb, know which DFW terminal door is closest to your airline check-in, and they don’t hustle for tips — gratuity is never expected on the published fare.
Why book in advance vs. an on-demand rideshare?
Rideshare from Home2 Suites to DFW can be cheaper at off-peak hours but it’s a coin flip on rush mornings, holiday weekends, severe-weather days, or any 5–7 AM departure when surge multipliers spike and driver supply dries up — the exact times you can’t afford a missed flight. A confirmed reservation locks the price, the vehicle size, and the driver. If your flight slips, we slip with it; if your flight is early, we’re already in the porte-cochère.
