Travel Tips for Grapevine Flyers
- Allow for I-20/I-635 traffic. The DFW run crosses the east side of the metro; during weekday rush hours add 20–30 minutes. We recommend leaving Grapevine at least 3 hours before a domestic departure and 3.5–4 hours before an international one.
- Love Field is the quicker option when you can find a convenient Southwest flight—it is closer to Grapevine and usually a faster, cheaper transfer than DFW.
- Book the full address, not just the city. Pricing is zip-code and mileage based, so entering your exact street address gives the most accurate quote and the smoothest pickup.
- On the way home, turn your phone off airplane mode after you land so your driver can reach you, and head to the prearranged/ground-transportation pickup zone—at DFW that is the lower-level Prearranged Limo area of your terminal; at Love Field it is the Ground Transportation area down the ramp from baggage claim.

Pickup Locations
Your Texas Shuttle picks you up where it says Prearranged at DFW or Ground Transportation at Love Field. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged at DFW. The signs are easy to see, and they are always at the curb.
Security won't allow drivers to wait or walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off airplane mode and silent, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
DFW - Prearranged Limo is located at the lower level of each terminal. Please choose the closest one to your gate and let your driver know when they call or text you.
- Terminal A - Level 1 - Prearranged Limo is across the crosswalk from Door A15 and A29.
