Texas Shuttle Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of texasshuttle.com and the airport shuttle, SUV, and car services we provide. By booking a reservation or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Reservations and Payment
All shuttle reservations are prepaid. We accept credit and debit cards through our reservation system. We will charge the card on file at the time of booking or before the trip, as disclosed on the reservation confirmation. If a charge fails, we may attempt to contact you for an updated payment method; if we cannot collect payment, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds for customer-initiated cancellations are based on how much notice we receive before pickup:
- More than 48 hours before pickup: 70% refund
- 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 60% refund
- 4 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 4 hours before pickup or no-show: not eligible for refund
Rescheduling is free as long as the driver has not been dispatched. Credits never expire when you reschedule.
Service
We provide door-to-door shuttle, SUV, and sedan service in Texas. While we work hard to be on time, occasional delays from traffic, weather, or operational issues do occur. We will keep you informed of any delays affecting your pickup.
SMS Terms of Service
We must keep the tags: h2, p, h3, ul, li. The tags themselves remain. We just translate text. Now we need a natural Latin American Spanish translation, as a traveler would see. For example:Términos de Servicio de Texas Shuttle
... etc. Check for nuance: "These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of texasshuttle.com and the airport shuttle, SUV, and car services we provide. By booking a reservation or using our website, you agree to these Terms." We may want "al aeropuerto" but it's okay. "Reservations and Payment": "Reservaciones y Pago". "All shuttle reservations are prepaid." "We accept credit and debit cards through our reservation system." -> "Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito y débito a través de nuestro sistema de reservas." "We will charge the card on file at the time of booking or before the trip, as disclosed on the reservation confirmation." "If a charge fails, we may attempt to contact you for an updated payment method; if we cannot collect payment, the reservation may be cancelled." "Less than 4 hours before pickup or no-show: not eligible for refund": "Menos de 4 horas antes de la recogida o si no se presenta: no es elegible para reembolso." "Rescheduling is free as long as the driver has not been dispatched. Credits never expire when you reschedule." "Service": "Servicio". "We provide door-to-door shuttle, SUV, and sedan service in Texas." "While we work hard to be on time, occasional delays from traffic, weather, or operational issues do occur. We will keep you informed of any delays affecting your pickup." We need to preserve HTML tags exactly. We need to translate to natural Latin American Spanish for travelers. Keep HTML tags unchanged, keep phone numbers, URLs, city/airport names unchanged. The page is about SMS opt-in. So we should translate each piece. The phrase "By providing your phone number and opting in during the booking process, you agree to receive SMS messages from Texas Shuttle. The user wants NATURAL, native Latin American Spanish for travelers. So we can use a friendly tone: "Al facilitar tu número de teléfono y aceptar recibir mensajes SMS durante el proceso de reserva, aceptas recibir mensajes de Texas Shuttle. Estos mensajes pueden incluir:". But careful: the second person formal "usted" vs informal "tú". In Latin America, both are used. For a website, using "usted" might be more formal, but many travel sites use "tú". We can use "tú" because it's natural for travelers. However the page uses "you" in singular, we can use "tú". The user says NATIVE Latin American Spanish for travelers. That might mean using "tú" and avoiding overly formal forms. So we can do that. But note that the page originally uses "By providing your phone number and opting in during the booking process, you agree to receive SMS messages from Texas Shuttle." So we should translate to "Al proporcionar tu número de teléfono y aceptar recibir mensajes SMS durante el proceso de reserva, aceptas recibir mensajes SMS de Texas Shuttle." That is okay. Then the list items: - Booking confirmations => Confirmaciones de reserva. Then:Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Your opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
But keep "HELP" and "STOP" as they are (English). It's common to keep them. So keep. ThenPrivacy

One note: "June 2, 2026" is US format. In Spanish Latin America it's "2 de junio de 2026". So we should translate. Thus final HTML: replace the English with Spanish translation. But also need to preserve all HTML tags exactly as is. So we must keep all tags like,
- ,
- , ,
,, etc. Must not add extra whitespace. Now the entire HTML: Should be:

But careful: The original has line breaks: The HTML snippet has spaces after tags. It might preserve formatting. We must keep the same tags exactly as is, but we can adjust whitespace. The user said "Keep ALL HTML tags exactly as-is". They didn't mention whitespace. We can include line breaks for readability but ensure tags are same. That is fine. One nuance: The original uses "By providing your phone number and opting in during the booking process, you agree to receive SMS messages from Texas Shuttle." The phrase "opting in" might be "optar por recibir" or "aceptar recibir". We'll use "aceptar recibir" which is natural. Check the translation of "Message frequency varies" => "La frecuencia de los mensajes varía". That's fine. Check "Message and data rates may apply" => "Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensaje y datos." Good. Check "Reply HELP for help." => "Responde HELP para ayuda." Good. Check "Reply STOP to opt out at any time." Good. Check "Your opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes." Good. Check "Privacy Policy" translation: "Política de Privacidad". That's typical. Check "Contact" translation: "Contacto". Good. Check "Last updated: June 2, 2026" => "Última actualización: 2 de junio de 2026". Good. One more nuance: In Spanish, the phrase "SMS messages" can be "mensajes SMS" or "mensajes de texto". Use "mensajes SMS" which is common. Already included. Make sure to preserve the tags around HELP and STOP. Already done. Also preserve line breaks
exactly. In original, they are
without closing slash. In HTML, <
