From most Coppell addresses our drivers head east on Sandy Lake Road or Belt Line, jump on I-635 (LBJ Freeway) eastbound, exit at Webb Chapel or Midway, then take Northwest Highway or Mockingbird Lane straight into Love Field's main terminal entrance on Herb Kelleher Way. Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is located at 8008 Herb Kelleher Way, Dallas, TX 75235 — in the Love Field neighborhood of Dallas, about 6 miles northwest of downtown. The single main terminal serves Southwest Airlines (the dominant carrier), Delta and Alaska. For drop-offs we pull straight up to the Upper Level departures curb at your airline. For pickups, we meet you at the Lower Level arrivals curb by your carrier — just text the driver when you're at baggage claim and they'll be there in minutes.
When to choose Love Field over DFW
Coppell-specific travel tips
- Sandy Lake Road construction can add 5-10 minutes during the day — if your pickup is west of Denton Tap, ask us to route via Beltline.
- Early-morning DAL flights (before 7am): leave Coppell at least 75 minutes before departure to be safe. Love Field's TSA line moves fast but the airline counter cutoff is 45 minutes pre-flight.
- Friday afternoon return flights into DAL: I-635 westbound from Love Field back to Coppell can be slow between 4-6pm; we'll detour via Northwest Highway / TX-114 when needed.
- Parking math: DAL's Garage A is $24/day and Express parking is $13/day. For a 3-day trip that's $39-72 plus the gas and time of two extra drives — for one or two travelers, our shuttle often costs less than parking alone.
