We need to translate the given HTML content into natural Latin American Spanish for travelers, preserving HTML tags exactly. So we need to translate the text inside tags, but keep tags unchanged. We need to keep city/airport names and codes unchanged (none appear except "Check Airport Shuttle Rates" inside title attribute? That's part of text we must translate? The instruction: Keep city/airport names and codes unchanged. The phrase "Airport Shuttle" is generic; not a specific city/airport name. Might need to keep "Airport Shuttle"? Actually it's a generic term. The title attribute: "Check Airport Shuttle Rates". The translation would be something like "Consultar tarifas del shuttle al aeropuerto". But "Airport Shuttle" could be considered a proper term? The instruction: Keep city/airport names and codes unchanged. Not necessarily keep "Airport Shuttle". But to be safe, maybe keep that phrase unchanged? The instruction: "Keep city/airport names and codes unchanged." Not about other terms. So we can translate everything else, but we need to be natural Latin American Spanish. We need to translate each text node. Original HTML:

If you are charged in error, we will gladly refund you. However, if we are not immediately offering to refund you, chances are that you are at fault. Any refusal will result in us immediately turning you over to collections. You will also be sent to collections for unpaid balances that go over 30 days unless payment arrangements are made. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Disputes are billed at cost to the company. Collection fees are up to 35% of unpaid balances. You are also responsible for paying 1% per month and any legal fees connected with collecting the amount you owe. Obviously, this is never the goal of our company or the cancellation policy, but this is not a free service. We have to pay our drivers weekly and gas daily regardless of whether you pay or not, and it doesn't really matter if you want to pay.

We reserve the right to refuse service for the following reasons: illegal acts, profanity, threats, sexual advances, sexual comments, racist language, uncontrolled bodily fluids, violence, damage to property, or an attempt to damage the vehicle.

Intentionally not paying can result in criminal charges called defrauding an inn keep, and anything else the officer thinks is appropriate.

We need to keep the HTML tags exactly:

, , ,

, . We must translate the visible text and also the title attribute? The instruction: Keep phone numbers and URLs unchanged. Title attribute is not a URL, but it's textual description; we can translate it. It says title="Check Airport Shuttle Rates". Should we translate? Probably yes, as it's text. But maybe we should keep unchanged because it's not city/airport name. The instruction only says keep city/airport names and codes unchanged. So we can translate title. Thus translate: - "If you are charged in error, we will gladly refund you. However, if we are not immediately offering to refund you, chances are that you are at fault. Any refusal will result in us immediately turning you over to collections. You will also be sent to collections for unpaid balances that go over 30 days unless payment arrangements are made. Booking fees are non-refundable." Make natural Latin American Spanish. "cobranzas" is okay. Might use "cobro" or "agencia de cobro". "turning you over to collections" -> "enviarlo a cobranzas". "sent to collections for unpaid balances" -> "será enviado a cobranzas por saldos impagos". Good. Second paragraph: "Disputes are billed at cost to the company. Collection fees are up to 35% of unpaid balances. You are also responsible for paying 1% per month and any legal fees connected with collecting the amount you owe. Obviously, this is never the goal of our company or the cancellation policy, but this is not a free service. We have to pay our drivers weekly and gas daily regardless of whether you pay or not, and it doesn't really matter if you want to pay." Need natural Latin American Spanish. Use "litigios" maybe "disputas". "Disputes are billed at cost to the company." Use "facturadas". OK. "Collection fees are up to 35% of unpaid balances." "You are also responsible for paying 1% per month and any legal fees connected with collecting the amount you owe." "Obviously, this is never the goal of our company or the cancellation policy, but this is not a free service." "We have to pay our drivers weekly and gas daily regardless of whether you pay or not, and it doesn't really matter if you want to pay." Third paragraph: "We reserve the right to refuse service for the following reasons: illegal acts, profanity, threats, sexual advances, sexual comments, racist language, uncontrolled bodily fluids, violence, damage to property, or an attempt to damage the vehicle." Make natural: "actos ilegales" ok. "profanidad" maybe "lenguaje soez". But keep natural. "threats" -> "amenazas". "sexual advances" -> "avances sexuales". "sexual comments" -> "comentarios sexuales". "racist language" -> "lenguaje racista". "uncontrolled bodily fluids" -> "fluidos corporales incontrolados". "damage to property" -> "daño a la propiedad". "or an attempt to damage the vehicle" -> "o un intento de dañar el vehículo." Fourth paragraph: "Intentionally not paying can result in criminal charges called defrauding an inn keep, and anything else the officer thinks is appropriate." This seems weird: "defrauding an inn keep". Likely "defrauding an innkeeper". Keep as is? We translate but keep phrase? It's a legal term; maybe keep unchanged? The instruction only says keep city/airport names and codes unchanged. This is not that. But it's a specific legal term; translating might be odd. Might keep as is? But we can translate: "Intencionalmente no pagar puede resultar en cargos criminales llamados defraudar a un posadero, y cualquier otra cosa que el oficial considere apropiada." However "defrauding an inn keep" is likely a typo. Keep as is? I'd translate the surrounding but keep the phrase in quotes? Better to keep the phrase unchanged as it's a proper term? Not city/airport. I'd translate but keep the phrase as is inside quotes? The original has no quotes. But "defrauding an inn keep"
