This page walks through the transportation options that actually operate at DFW, how each one works, and what our own completed trips look like across the metroplex. Reserved private car service, door to door
The option we run is a reserved private vehicle: you book a specific car for a specific pickup, the driver tracks your inbound flight, and the fare is agreed as a flat quote before you ride. Your driver meets you inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name board, helps load luggage, and drives straight to your address - no loop around other passengers' hotels, no waiting at a shared-ride island. The same flow works in reverse for departures, with pickup timed backwards from your airline's check-in cutoff.
What the completed trips show
Since the start of 2025 our fleet has completed 657 trips between DFW and addresses across Dallas, most of them around 21 miles door to door. The run to Fort Worth has been made 652 times, typically about 27 miles, and Arlington pickups and drop-offs account for another 337 completed trips at roughly 21 miles. Those are real rides, not estimates - enough volume that scheduling around DFW traffic patterns is routine rather than guesswork.
Vehicles sized to your party
Four-door sedans carry one to three passengers with luggage; large SUVs handle parties of four to seven; and shuttle vans cover eight to ten or more with room for bags. Every booking is quoted flat for the whole vehicle, so splitting a van across a family or a small team often works out better than multiple separate rides. Child seats can be requested at booking.
Love Field counts too
Dallas Love Field is the other half of Dallas air travel, and it works the same way: a reserved car, a flat quote, and a driver who meets you at baggage claim.
